Carlos Rodriguez Ortiz MD, PA is an obstetrician and gynecologist in Miami and Hialeah, HCA Florida Kendall Regional Hospital. Randye Karmin, MD, is a gynecologist at South Florida Gynecology & Women's Health treating patients in the Dadeland area of Miami, Florida. Emily Woodbury, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN physician at Mira Women’s Health & Midwifery in Boca Raton, Florida. She’s known for her comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology knowledge, compassionate patient care, and warm bedside manner.
Dr. Woodbury was born into a family of physicians and knew from age 4 that she wanted to study medicine. She graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, with a bachelor’s degree in international affairs and science. She attended medical school at Columbia University in New York City, New York, and earned several prestigious research awards.
Dr. Woodbury fell in love with obstetrics and gynecology while studying under some of the best OB/GYNs in the world and working with midwives in locations worldwide, including India, Ghana, and London.
