Sally McNally has spent over 30 years working in the labor room both as a midwife and as a labor and delivery RN. Sally brings a wealth of information and experience to the patients she serves. Her goal is to work with her patients to help them achieve a birth experience as close to their dreams as possible. “I believe women are very wise and powerful, I encourage women to embrace that inner wisdom and trust their bodies during childbirth.”

Sally originally trained as a nurse and then as a midwife in Ireland. She spent 5 years in Saudi Arabia working as a midwife before coming to the US. She worked as an RN and Charge nurse for 20 years at CMH in Ventura. Recently she went back to school earning her Masters and CNM certification. Sally is a Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Yoga Instructor and Certified Childbirth Educator. She blends these gifts together to help prepare women to go confidently into their labor and births. She teaches classes at CMH, New Parent Resource Center. Sally has one daughter and she is married to local realtor John McNally.

Patrick Diesfeld, MD, FACOG, specializes in obstetric and gynecologic care at Women’s Health Partnership Medical Group in Ventura and Oxnard, California. Laura graduated from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 2016 with a Bachelors degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. She then returned to Cal Poly to receive her Masters degree in Kinesiology in 2019 supporting herself working as a Physical Therapy Aide during this time.

Along her journey she discovered and developed a love for helping people in a new way by becoming a Physician Assistant. She completed her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2021. Upon completion, she decided to return to the Central Coast to practice.

She is fluent in French and in her free time, she enjoys golfing, fishing, hiking, traveling, and going to the beach.
