Jamie Bohler, CNM, FNP-C, is a dual-certified nurse practitioner and the first Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join Ogeechee OBGYN, a practice with offices in Statesboro, Swainsboro, and Sylvania, Georgia. A proud Statesboro native, Jamie has dedicated her career to serving the women in the community where she was raised. She brings a wealth of clinical expertise to the practice, having spent nearly a decade in critical care and labor and delivery before advancing her education to better serve her patients.

Jamie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Southern University and her Master of Science in Nursing from South University. In 2025, she earned her Certified Nurse-Midwife degree from Georgia College & State University, making history as the first to deliver CNM care at East Georgia Regional Medical Center. Her unique background allows her to offer a holistic, patient-centered approach to childbirth and reproductive health, blending the "high-touch" care of midwifery with a strong clinical foundation.

Francisco Dueno, MD, is a highly experienced, board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist at Southside OB/GYN, PC in Richmond Hill, Georgia.

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Dr. Dueno earned his medical degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in 1981. He then completed his internship at the Medical Science Campus of the University of Puerto Rico before joining the United States Army.

During his military service, Dr. Dueno completed his residency at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii, and went on to serve as Chief of OB/GYN Services at Noble Army Hospital in Fort McClellan, Alabama. He was honorably discharged as a Major in 1989 and transitioned to civilian practice.

Since moving to Savannah, Dr. Dueno has provided exceptional care at Southside OB/GYN, P.C., where he also serves as president of the Richmond Hill office. He holds active staff privileges at Memorial Health University Medical Center and has been honored twice with the Wall/Goldkrand Award for his dedication to training medical residents. Pamela Gaudry, MD, NCMP, FACOG, or “Dr. Pam” as she’s affectionately known to her patients, has been practicing in Savannah for 27 years.  Dr. Pam has always done her female patient’s primary care (if they desired) since she completed her residency at The Medical College of Georgia in 1993. She is an OB/GYN by training, and in 2007, she stopped delivering babies (due to her late husband’s illness) and got extra training in menopausal medicine and intimacy counseling.  Her goal was to help women get through menopause safely, sanely, and well-educated.  In January 2018, Dr. Pam opened up The Georgia Center for Menopausal Medicine and Direct Primary Care which is a new type of health-care practice which puts patients first.  In this type of practice, the patient must think of healthcare differently – you will be part of her medical family.  In this model, the patient employs the physician to be there when they need them – not when it is convenient for the physician to fit the patient in the schedule.  This type of medical care was so popular with the women that men started coming in to ask for the same care.  So, in October of 2018, Dr. Pam opened her practice to primary care for men. 

This type of practice has the same benefits as a ‘concierge practice’ without using insurance.   At her unique Direct Primary Care center, Dr. Pam offers hour-long appointments in calm, and comfortable setting for women and men to address all the medical issues that they might face.  Access to Dr. Pam is 24/7.  She will let her patients know via email if she is out of town for continuing medical education, events, or vacations.  During football season, there are 5-hour blocks on Saturdays that should be reserved for emergency calls only (*** See Georgia Football schedule).  She will work with your existing healthcare providers to coordinate care if that is needed.  Intimacy counseling and problems encountered before, during, and after menopause (for women and the men that live with them...) are all included in the membership. Dr. Pam focuses on all menopausal issues from hot flashes to vaginal dryness to the effect these have on marriage.  She is very comfortable taking care of erectile dysfunction and treating this in her male patients.  She has ED drugs available for dispensing in the office at amazing prices.

In her opinion, the key to caring for the patient is “caring” for the patient.  Her patients are treated like her family.

Dr. Pam is a North American Menopause Society Certified Menopause Practitioner and completed training and is certified in medical sex therapy from The Florida Sex Therapy Institute.  (Dr. Pam likes to call this intimacy counseling instead of sex therapy.)  She offers intimacy counseling as a crucial and integral part of her menopausal practice. Dr. Pam's goal is to help women and men strengthen, improve, and/or regain their intimate relationship through menopause and after breast or gynecologic cancer, life-changing events, or other medical issues.

Raised in Savannah, Georgia, Dr. Pam started her educational journey at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, graduating summa cum laude. From there, she went to medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia, where she remained and completed her residency.

Dr. Pam is married and has two children (boy-girl twins).  She has lived in Savannah, Georgia since 1971.  Her intense passions are her Christian faith, reading the Bible, family, playing with her two grand-sons, gardening, butterflies, golden retrievers, comedy shows, and football.  Her 6^th golden retriever, Munson, comes to the office every day greets you at the door.  She is a die-hard Georgia Bulldog fan, and on football Saturdays, she can usually be found screaming in the stands of Sanford Stadium in Athens.  She will be the one in red.  Dr. Pam sat next to Hershel Walker in her very first class...her very first day...at UGA in August 1981.  She got to touch his thighs that day.  There have been other great days in her life as well...no others worthy of mentioning.

A Georgia native with a deep commitment to his home state, Dr. Small brings a unique background to his practice, combining a Master’s in Education from the University of Georgia with a medical degree from Emory University. His distinguished career includes over a decade of military service as a Lieutenant Colonel and Flight Surgeon in the Air Force and Georgia Air National Guard, where he served in leadership roles ranging from Medical Director to Commander.

In his civilian practice, Dr. Small is known for his dedication to expanding access to high-quality care. Since returning to Georgia, he has revitalized the Statesboro community’s oldest women’s healthcare practice by opening offices in Swainsboro and Sylvania. A champion of patient choice and specialized care, he spearheaded the addition of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) services and proudly introduced the region’s first midwifery program. His passion for comprehensive wellness also led to the creation of "Elevate with Ogeechee Health," a specialized practice focused on aesthetics and pelvic health.

Dr. Small’s expertise spans complex obstetrics and advanced gynecological care, including his successful efforts in re-establishing Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) programs.
