A mother of five herself, Dr. Bickman has a special interest in obstetrics and loves to deliver babies. In fact, Dr. Bickman had a C-Section, and a subsequent 4 VBAC's. Additionally, Dr. Bickman has struggled with infertility, so is able to relate to her patients on a very personal level.  She specializes in high-risk pregnancies, and strives to help women have the birth experience they desire. Dr. Rey completed his medical degree at the University of California, San Diego, School of Medicine. He performed his obstetrics and gynecology residency at West Penn Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a part of the Allegheny Health Network. He also received honors in Obstetrical Ultrasound in 2008. Dr. Rey is board-certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

A native of Kashmir, Dr. Qadri cherished a dream of being a physician and surgeon like her father. As the valedictorian from her high school, she applied to medical school and won a full scholarship to one of the most prestigious medical schools in India, Government Medical College.

Dr. Qadri did her residency at Beaumont Health – Dearborn, one of the leading health care systems in the state of Michigan. She won multiple awards in residency including the SMFM (Society of Maternal-Fetal Medicine) award for excellence in Obstetric care, the SASGOG (Society of Academic Specialists in General Obstetrics and Gynecology) award, best Intern in her class, and multiple
CREOG achievement awards. She was also active in scholarly activities during her residency and led various initiatives for system-wide changes in the hospital. Her work was accepted in leading scientific journals and multiple research forums across the country including ACOG annual district and national meeting.

Dr. Qadri is a certified Da Vinci robotic surgeon in addition to being highly trained in all forms of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (including vaginal reconstructive surgery) and looks forward to using her skills for the betterment of her patients.

Janet Vadaparampil, MD, is committed to providing exceptional obstetrics and gynecological services. Dr. Vadaparampil, also known as Dr. Vada, completed her medical degree through the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. She performed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York City. 

After moving to California, Dr. Vada worked with patients in underserved communities. She takes pride in caring for diverse groups of patients. Dr. Vada knows that top-quality women's health care can uplift families and communities. She strives to help patients protect their health and plan for healthy pregnancies.

I began my training in womens care in the Navy in 1985. I have served on a ship, worked as an Emergency Room physician, and a general surgeon while on board ship. OB/GYN Dr. Maryam Ardalan of Women Elite Care, Inc. in Valencia, California, chose her life-long career path when she was only thirteen years old. Her passion for helping heal members of her community made her pursue medical training. She attended the West Azerbaijan University of Medical Sciences in Iran. During her medical externship, she began to love the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She was fascinated by how educating and treating women would help them live long and healthy lives.

Once she finished her externship, Dr. Ardalan completed four years of residency training as an OB/GYN. She graduated with honors and began working with diagnosing and treating infertile couples. Throughout the years she has participated in multiple research projects involving infertility.

Following completion of residency training in Iran, Dr. Ardalan began work in the rural areas of Northwestern Iran. She later had the opportunity to participate in an OB/GYN clinical rotation in Vienna, Austria for a year.

After finishing her rotation in Austria, she immigrated to the United States with her family. Her love and dedication to Obstetrics and Gynecology gave her the drive to successfully complete the Medical Board examinations and re-enter four years of residency at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. Upon completion, she started a position at the University of San Francisco as an assistant professor in the department of OB/GYN for two years where she was tasked with instructing medical students and residents. Dr. Ardalan moved to Valencia, California, shortly after and has been working in the area since 2009.

In obstetrics, his group’s work in ultrasonography to predicate preterm labor was published and received several awards. In the area of infertility and endocrinology, Dr. Navizadeh's works contributed to the understanding of the effects of an embryo’s size and quality in the process of in-vitro fertilization (IVF). Dr. Navizadeh completed the prestigious Galloway fellowship at the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. There, he had the opportunity to advance his surgical skills in complex gynecological operations in addition to learning the latest laparoscopic and endoscope techniques.

Dr. Navizadeh has also expanded his interest to urogynecology and pelvic surgery. In southern California, he pioneered the use of the new Transopturator Sling procedure for treating female urinary incontinence.

David Ahdoot, M.D., FACOG is a board-certified OB-GYN, who serves as a diplomat of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Ahdoot obtained his medical degree at the University of California San Diego before going on to complete a nationally renowned residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California Irvine. He has authored more than 30 publications and is the recipient of numerous awards including Patient’s Choice Award and the Top 10 Doctor Award in Los Angeles.

In addition to seeing patients at his private practice, he also has an academic affiliation as an assistant clinical professor at UCLA. Dr. Ahdoot has privileges with three area hospitals: Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center, Encino-Tarzana Hospital, and Providence Holy Cross Hospital. Dr. Ahdoot is bilingual in both English and Spanish to better serve the patients in the community.
