A Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Dr. Silva obtained her undergraduate degree in Molecular and Microbiology from the University of Central Florida and her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She then relocated to New York and completed her residency at the NYC Health and Hospitals/Lincoln. During her residency, she obtained certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery. In her final year of residency, she served as administrative chief resident and received the Society for Maternal Fetal Medicine Residency Program Award for Excellence in Obstetrics.
In New York, Dr. Silva worked providing a broad range of care in Obstetrics and Gynecology to women of all ages. Dedicated to her profession, Dr. Silva shared her knowledge with residents and medical students as an adjunct assistant professor for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU Long Island School of Medicine in Mineola, New York.
She is very happy to be back in Orlando to serve the community she grew up in. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and husband. She enjoys working out, reading, exploring restaurants and events with friends, and binge-watching TV/movies with her family.
Kathy Y. Jones MD, UPRS, FACOG, is the founder of Orlando Urogynecology, a private practice dedicated to female pelvic medicine and reconstructive surgery, better known as Urogynecology. Dr. Jones was the first female urogynecologist in the Central Florida area. She has devoted her Orlando, Florida, practice to providing advanced treatment to women who suffer from pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.
Dr. Jones uses the latest technology and techniques to help diagnose and treat all issues that affect female health. She offers the da Vinci® method to perform minimally invasive hysterectomies, and she’s equipped with the lastest therapies to help with vaginal health restoration.

Sarah Evans, MD, FACOG, is one of the skilled OB/GYNs practicing at the Contemporary Women’s Care office in Winter Park, Florida. Dr. Evans received her undergraduate degree at the University of Central Florida and her medical degree from Florida State University. She completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Florida Shands Health Hospital in Gainesville.
During her medical career, she was nominated into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and Gold Humanism Honor Society. She received her certifications in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and Da Vinci Robotic Surgery.
Born and raised in Florida, Dr. Evans is excited to practice in the state that she calls home. She enjoys all aspects of OB/GYN because she loves helping women through every stage of their life. Among all professional rewards, one of the most joyous is delivering babies safely into this world and being a guest at their very first birthday party!

LaKrystal J. Warren, MD, FACOG, is an OB/GYN at Contemporary Women's Care. She serves patients at the practice’s office in Winter Park, Florida. As an obstetrician, she provides comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, and postpartum care. As a gynecologist, she offers many in-office and operative gynecology services, including Pap smears, well-woman exams, STD screenings, colposcopies, menopause care, ovarian cyst management, and hysterectomies.
Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Dr. Warren is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She graduated with a bachelor of science degree from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, and a medical degree from Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Florida Shands Health Hospital in Gainesville, Florida. Elizabeth Elbadri, MD, FACOG, is an experienced obstetrician and gynecologist at Contemporary Women's Care. Dr. Elbadri sees patients at Winter Park, Florida. She also is fluent in English and Spanish, allowing her to provide quality care effectively to more patients.
Dr. Elbadri was born in San Antonio, Cuba. She moved to Miami as a young child, where she discovered her love of all things Florida. She then moved to Gainesville, where she completed her undergraduate education at the University of Florida. There she found a wonderful community of friends and colleagues and stayed for medical school, graduating at the top of her class with honors. Dr. Elbadri remained as a triple gator for residency at UF with her husband, Samyr.
During her residency, Dr. Elbadri developed a passion for minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and obtained her certifications in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery and Da Vinci Robotic Surgery. She also loved guiding families safely through the most intimate and spectacular time in their lives, the birth of their babies. After completing her residency in OB/GYN at the University of Florida, Dr. Elbadri moved down to Orlando to join the Contemporary Women's Care family.
Outside of taking care of her patients, Dr. Elbadri enjoys hiking, running, swimming, traveling the world with her husband, and watching the newest shows with her labradoodle and a batch of freshly baked cookies. Dorothy Bestoyong, DO, brings a wealth of experience to the team at Premier Obstetrics & Gynecology. She is excited to serve patients throughout Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, Florida.
Originally born in Manila, Philippines, Dr. Bestoyong moved to the Bay Area in California before eventually settling in Jacksonville, Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida.
Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Bestoyong went on to receive her osteopathic medicine degree from West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine in Lewisburg, West Virginia. She then made her way back to Florida and completed her residency at UCF/HCA Orlando OBGYN at Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she served as the academic chief resident.
Dr. Bestoyong is excited to partner with and advocate for her patient’s health and wellness. She has interests in all aspects of Women’s Health, especially general obstetrics and minimally invasive/robotic gynecological surgery. During her time in residency, she received certification in Fundamentals of Laparoscopic Surgery, as well as the Da Vinci Robotic System. She is also passionate about wellness in residency training and the medical field.

Alex Otto, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined Premier OB-GYN – which has locations in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida – in 2024. Born and raised in Orlando, Dr. Otto fulfilled her dream of returning home to serve the community that shaped her. She has a passion for women’s health and strives to provide exceptional medical care throughout all stages of life.
Dr. Otto obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology from Georgia Southern University, where she was an NCAA student-athlete. She attended medical school at Ross University School of Medicine and completed her OB/GYN residency at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia. Her interests include minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, mental health, and the female athlete.

Matthew Wollenschlaeger, MD, FACOG, is a board-certified OB/GYN who joined the Premier Obstetrics and Gynecology team in 2020. He is proud to provide high-quality care to the women in our Maitland, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL locations.
Originally from Ocala, Florida, Dr. Wollenschlaeger attended undergraduate school at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry. He returned to Florida to earn a Master of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
Dr. Wollenschlaeger completed his medical degree at The University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa, Florida. He went on to complete his OB/GYN training at Orlando Health, Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies in Orlando, where he was the Chief Quality Resident.

Allison Bradley-Amore, DO, FACOOG is a board-certified ObGyn physician and Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine who joined Premier ObGyn in 2018.
Dr. Bradley-Amore's career as an ObGyn was inspired by her personal experience with endometriosis and the care she received from an adolescent ObGyn as a teenager. Her passion led her to pursue a Master's in Science at Tufts University after graduating from Davidson College. She then worked as a bench scientist at Massachusetts General Hospital and graduated with honors from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She served as chief resident during her residency at Osceola Regional Medical Center.
Dr. Bradley-Amore enjoys all aspects of ObGyn care and excels at minimally invasive surgery, obstetrical care, treating menopause, and helping patients choose the best contraceptive option for them, including sterilization.
Dr. Bradley-Amore and her husband Jesse are child-free by choice and spend their free time with their two rescue cats, doing Pilates and training for their next runDisney race.

Rita Ellen Eye, MD is a board-certified OB/GYN physician who joined Premier OB-Gyn in 2014 and sees patients at her Winter Park, Oviedo, and Lake Mary, FL offices. She is a physician/owner of Premier OB-Gyn and serves in leadership as a Medical Staff Officer (Secretary) Chair for AdventHealth Winter Park. She previously served as Section Chair for the Department of OB-Gyn at AdventHealth Winter Park. Dr. Eye was named as one of Orlando's Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for 2022 and 2023, and was named one of Orlando's Finest Doctors for 2024.
Dr. Eye is originally from Potosi, Missouri, a small town near St. Louis (and she remains a loyal fan of the St. Louis Cardinals!). She graduated from her high school as Valedictorian. She attended Missouri University of Science and Technology, earning her Biological Sciences degree while graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2006. Dr. Eye went on to complete her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology and was honored by being elected Chief Resident at the University of Oklahoma in Tulsa. She began her successful private practice in Texas where she lived and worked for four years before moving to Florida. She is married to husband Chet and a proud mom to a sweet daughter named Faith.

Erin Manglardi, MD, MPH, is an OB/GYN practicing at Premier OB-GYN, located in Maitland, Oviedo, Lake Mary and Winter Park, Florida. She is originally from Orlando, Florida, and is overjoyed to return to work in her hometown.
Dr. Manglardi is a local graduate of Lake Howell High School and stayed close to home while attending the University of Central Florida, earning her degree in Health Sciences from the Burnett Honors College. She then traveled to St. George’s University and received a dual MD degree alongside a Master of Public Health. Following medical school, she finally made it back to Florida and completed her OB/GYN residency in Gainesville, Florida, serving as Chief Resident in her final year.
The residency was an extra special time as she was able to deliver hundreds of babies, including two of her own! Her husband, Joe, and two boys, Michael and Luca, keep her very busy when she’s not at work. As a family, they love spending time at the beach whenever they can.
