Douglas Constant, MD, is a board-certified pain management physician at the 360 Orthopedic locations in Sarasota and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. Justin M Raye, DO, is a board-certified physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) physician and interventional pain management specialist at 360 Orthopedics in Sarasota, Venice, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Dr. Raye earned his Bachelor of Science in applied physiology and kinesiology (Summa Cum Laude) at the University of Florida. He then completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tennessee, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. He completed his internship at Advocate Illinois Masonic Medical Center, before completing his PM&R residency at the University of Minnesota, where he was also named Chief Resident. Dr. Raye rounded out his medical training with an interventional pain management fellowship at Arizona Pain Specialists. 

Dr. Raye’s research appears in several medical journals and his clinical trials have proven valuable in stem cell repair and spinal stenosis treatment.
