Dr. Farino is a very talented doctor. I got a steroid injection today in my finger and it didn't hurt! I was so nervous today fearing the worst. I've previously had steroid injections in my fingers by another surgeon and they hShow moreurt so badly. I am so lucky I found Dr. Farino! He is the best! Douglas Constant, MD, is a board-certified pain management physician at the 360 Orthopedic locations in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, and Venice, Florida. He specializes in interventional treatments of the neck and spine and has a special interest in all forms of spinal injections, including epidural and facet injections and ablations, Vertiflex and MILD procedures for spinal stenosis, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, vertebral compression, and pelvic fractures as well as the treatment of chronic migraine headaches with Botox therapy.
Dr. Constant obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Naval Academy and received his Medical Degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his Anesthesiology Residency at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where he was selected by his peers and faculty as Chief Resident. He then went on to complete his pain fellowship at Harvard Medical School. He is board-certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine.

My appointment with Dr. Farino was on time. Dr. Farino explains the treatment that he recommends and his reason for that treatment. He does not rush to surgery, but will recommend less invasive treatment first. I trust that he Is doing what is best for me.
