Dr. Judith Lau is thrilled to be the newest member of the Sierra Pacific Pediatrics Family. She is currently taking new patients at both our Fontana and Eastvale locations. Although she is Canadian by birth, Dr. Lau grew up in Temple City, California and attended the University of California, Irvine where she majored in biological sciences. She subsequently found her way back to winter seasons and more than 100 inches of snow per year when she studied at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Pennsylvania.
After graduating from medical school, Dr. Lau completed her pediatric residency at the Children's Hospital of Michigan in Detroit from 2016 to 2019. In addition, she served a one year term as Chief Resident of her training program before joining Sierra Pacific Pediatrics in July of 2020. From well-child appointments to sick visits and everything in between, Dr. Lau’s passion for taking care of children shines through in her interactions with patients and families. She strives to be thorough and understanding to the needs of each child that comes through our doors. For annual physicals, Dr. Lau has a habit of asking her school-aged patients: “what do you want to be when you grow up?”. In addition to being board-certified in pediatrics, Dr. Chang is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Abdullah Sharaf, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician at American Pediatrics in Corona, California. Dr. Sharaf is a highly trained physician who has extensive experience in pediatric care, and he holds board certification in obesity medicine.

Jackyln Chan, MD, FAAP, brings exceptional pediatric care to the Fairway Children’s Medical Group team in West Covina, California. Serving children of all ages, she has a passion for holistic treatments and excellent communication, setting patients up for a lifetime of well-being.
A native of southern California, Dr. Chan completed her undergraduate degree and Doctor Of Medicine in seven years through the Honors Program in Medical Education (HPME) at Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago, Illinois.
Desiring warmer temperatures, she moved to Houston, Texas, where she completed her residency in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, one of the largest children’s hospitals in the U.S.
Dr. Chan worked with a few private clinics in Houston for three years before moving to San Francisco, California. There, she worked in the urgent care at Children’s Hospital Oakland for one year before returning to southern California.
Dr. Chan holds her medical licensure in California and Texas and is a member of the American Board of Pediatrics and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

With a combination of expert training, extensive experience, and a compassionate approach, Keith Weiner, MD, has established himself as a leading physician serving with the team at Children’s Cardiology Group in Mission Viejo, Newport Beach and Orange, California. Proficient in a wide range of cardiac conditions and treatments, Dr. Weiner takes a special interest in preventive and interventional cardiology.
Dr. Weiner attended Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, completing a bachelor’s degree in child psychology. He then stayed at his alma mater for medical school, graduating with honors. Following medical school, Dr. Weiner completed both his internship and residency training in pediatrics at the University of California, Irvine, before moving on to Duke University in Durham, North Carolina, for a fellowship in cardiology.
In addition to his clinical work with Children’s Cardiology Group, Dr. Weiner is a consultant at the cardiac catheterization laboratory at Children’s Hospital of Orange County in Orange, California. In addition, he is on the Quality Review Committee at Fountain Valley Regional Medical Center in Fountain Valley, California, and is an American Heart Association lipid investigator.
For his work and dedication to his community, Dr. Weiner has been recognized as one of the top pediatric cardiologists in Orange County by the Orange County Medical Association for the past nine years.
Board-certified in both pediatrics and cardiology, Jodie Gandy, MD, is well-loved by her peers and patients alike. Along with the rest of the team at Children’s Cardiology Group, Dr. Gandy is proud to provide the communities of Mission Viejo, Newport Beach and Orange, California, with the best pediatric cardiac care possible.
Dr. Gandy attended Simon Fraser University in British Columbia, Canada, for her undergraduate studies, completing her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology. She then attended medical school at the University of Ottawa School of Medicine in Ottawa, Ontario, graduating magna cum laude. Following medical school, Dr. Gandy completed a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in Los Angeles, California.
In addition to her work with Children’s Cardiology Group, Dr. Gandy serves as the director of both outpatient cardiology and California Children’s Services at Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

Loanne B. Tran, MD, MPH is a primary care physician who is in private practice serving patients in Arcadia and surrounding communities. She specializes in internal medicine and pediatrics and has built her practice around the concept of providing highly individualized care that focuses on the specific needs and goals of each patient. She has a compassionate and caring bedside manner, and seeks to establish lasting relationships with all of her patients.
Dr. Tran received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She went on to complete her Medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine.
