Dr. Jennifer Macia was born in San Antonio, Texas. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Rice University in 1991. She attended medical school at Emory University in Atlanta, GA, and received a dual degree in medicine and public health (MD/MPH) in 1996. She completed her Pediatric Internship and Residency at Baylor College of Medicine and its affiliated hospitals (Texas Children’s Hospital, Ben Taub Hospital) in 1999.
She has been a part of Pediatrics Of Southwest Houston since 1999. Dr. Macia mentors and teaches residents and medical students at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Macia enjoys all aspects of general pediatrics but has a special interest in breastfeeding, nutrition, and adolescent medicine. Dr. Lucy L.Graubard was born in Mexico City where she spent her childhood and moved to Houston with her family during her teenage years. She received her undergraduate degree at the University of Houston Honors Program. She moved to Galveston to attend medical school at the University of Texas Medical Branch.
After receiving her medical degree from UTMB in 1995, she returned to Houston to complete her Pediatric Internship and Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center. She rotated at various hospitals including Memorial Hermann Children’s Hospital, Lyndon Baines Johnson Hospital, and M.D. Anderson Hospital. Dr. Graubard and her husband Robert have two children, Rachel and Ervin. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, knitting, biking and exercising at the gym.

“If I could give this medical practice 10 stars I would. I have seen a lot of providers over the years but this practice is beyond fantastic. Oliver Mayriel and Nancy along with all of the other staff are great. Oliver and Nancy go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Everyone in this practice treats you as a person and will spend as much time as they need to addressing your concerns and answering you questions.
I also think it's great that Oliver and other staff call you and check up on you multiple times to make sure you are feeling better in the long run. Most providers will only call once if you are lucky and others will only send you a text and say call if you have issues.
I love that this practice has early morning appointments that you can book on line and the urgent care is great as they will get you in
as soon as possible. Once checked in, you may have to spend 5 minutes to get called back (which is great) and once you are in the exam room, you aren't left sitting and waiting. On other words, they haven't ever given me the impression of overbooking or over looking their patients and will provide you the best quality of care you could ask for.

Lauren D. Weaver, M.D. is a board-certified child neurologist at THINK Neurology for Kids in Katy, Texas. With additional training in epilepsy, Dr. Weaver specializes in interpreting EEGs (brain wave studies) in children with known or suspected seizures and collaborates with the other providers at THINK Neurology for Kids to manage and treat childhood epilepsy.
Dr. Weaver completed medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, followed by a combined residency training in pediatrics and child neurology at St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Cristina R. Marchesano, M.D., is a board-certified pediatrician who has specialized expertise in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and child development. Dr. Marchesano diagnoses and treats patients at THINK Neurology for Kids, which has branches in The Woodlands, Katy, Sugar Land, and Austin, Texas.
Dr. Marchesano majored in biology and biochemistry, and molecular biology for her undergraduate studies at Houston Baptist University, earning a Bachelor of Science. After graduating in 2005, she enrolled at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston to complete her medical degree and was awarded the Annual Award for Excellence in Pediatrics in 2009.
