She then attended Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Miami, FL, where she received her doctor of podiatric medicine degree.
After finishing her studies, she completed a three year surgical residency training program at Michigan Surgical Hospital in Detroit, MI. Her training encompassed all aspects of Podiatry including conservative management, wound care, diabetic limb salvage, surgical as well as non-surgical treatment of foot and ankle conditions.
She is a board certified member of Michigan Podiatric Medical Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
