His practice was one of the first in the area to offer the innovative KeryFlex system, a simple cosmetic process that camouflages unattractive nails damaged by decay or trauma, restoring them to a natural appearance for greater confidence and improved quality of life.

After earning his bachelor's degree at Ottawa University in Kansas, Dr. Cooper graduated from Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia, followed by additional advanced professional training at the University of Pennsylvania's Presbyterian Medical Center and Englewood Hospital and Medical Center. Today, he continues to advance his education and knowledge of podiatric diseases so patients can enjoy the widest array of top-quality care.

In addition to his private practice, Dr. Cooper maintains affiliations with the Englewood Hospital & Medical Center and The Brooklyn Hospital Medical Center. The office accepts all major insurance plans and welcomes new patients.

Dr. Emmanuel Bustos received his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. His podiatric surgery residency was completed at the Jamaica Hospital Medical Center where he received his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery with Reconstructive Rear foot and Ankle Certification. Dr. Bustos specializes in Podiatric treatments such as bunion surgical correction, pediatric foot problems, toenail fungus, foot fracture repair, sports injuries, diabetic foot issues, procedures for heel spurs and issues with the ankle. Dr. Bustos truly enjoys treating his patients and his patients appreciate him as well. Dr. Bustos is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Howard Reifer received his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine. His primary podiatric residency was completed at the Brunswick General Hospital and podiatric surgical fellowship training was completed at the Brooklyn Hospital Center. He is a current member of American Podiatric Medical Association.

Dr. Howard Reifer has practiced podiatry for over 15 years and has earned a reputation for excellent care. He is extensively trained in providing comprehensive care of the foot and ankle, whether trauma from sports injuries, ankle sprains, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, ingrown toe nails, corns, calluses, and warts.  Each patient is thoroughly evaluated and all treatment options are explained completely and in terms that are easily understood.
