Dr. Elmarsafi completed his medical school training at the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2016. After completing his residency training at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, a Level 1 trauma center, he went on to complete his fellowship at Georgetown University Hospital, which afforded him the title of Assistant Professor at the Georgetown School of Medicine Department of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Elmarsafi specializes in treating all aspects of the foot and ankle. Having specialized training and expertise in complex lower extremity pathologies, he has given many national and international lectures on topics related to vascular and diabetes-related complications. In addition, he has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals and has co-authored several textbooks on a myriad of foot and ankle-specific subjects.

Dr. Kordai Decoteau is a board-certified podiatric physician and accomplished healthcare leader with over two decades of experience advancing clinical excellence, health equity, and population health outcomes. As Clinical Director of Podiatry and Interim Clinical Director at Your Wellness Sources (YWS), she leads the development and expansion of integrated podiatric and ancillary services while driving high-quality, patient-centered care across the organization.
Dr. Decoteau earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from the College of Podiatric Medicine in New York and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami. She is board-certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (ABFAS) and has advanced training in Lapiplasty bunion correction, vascular ultrasound of the lower extremity, and radiofrequency pain management.
Her clinical expertise spans diabetic limb preservation, wound care, surgical and non-surgical foot and ankle management, and chronic disease prevention. Throughout her career, she has consistently delivered measurable outcomes—including improving diabetic glucose control, reducing limb loss, and enhancing access to care in underserved communities.
Dr. Decoteau has held leadership roles across community health centers and multispecialty practices, where she implemented evidence-based protocols, improved operational performance, and expanded service lines. She previously served as Podiatry Department Lead at Neighborhood Health Services Corp, where she advanced HEDIS outcomes and strengthened compliance with CMS and APMA standards.
In addition to her clinical leadership, Dr. Decoteau is a nationally recognized advocate for health equity and community wellness. As CEO & Founder of Sisters on the Vineyard, a 501(c)(3) organization, she has led strategic partnerships with major organizations such as Pfizer, Quest Diagnostics, and JPMorgan to deliver community-based education, screenings, and outreach programs that address health disparities and improve early detection outcomes.
Dr. Decoteau is also a respected speaker, media contributor, and health educator, featured on major platforms including BlackDoctor.org and national radio networks, where she promotes awareness around diabetes, limb preservation, women’s health, and preventive care.

Dr. Preeti Kumrah was born and raised in Orlando, FL. She attended the University of Central Florida where she earned a Bachelors in Biomedical Sciences and then completed a Masters in Medical Sciences at The University of South Florida. Then, she obtained her medical degree from Temple University of School of Podiatric Medicine and completed her surgical training at Ascension St. Vincent Indianapolis- a level one trauma center, where she held various leadership roles and was active in research and mentorship programs.
While in training, Dr. Kumrah gained experience in elective cases- such as minimally invasive surgery, flatfoot reconstruction, lateral ankle stabilization, ankle arthroscopy, and more. Additionally, she had extensive exposure to wound care, charcot reconstruction, achilles injuries and ankle/metatarsal fractures, and other non-elective pathologies. Above all, Dr. Kumrah is dedicated to conservative care first and finding the right treatment plan for her patients that are both safe and effective.
Outside of work, Dr. Kumrah enjoys an active lifestyle. She is passionate about pilates, weightlifting, hosting dinner parties, spending time with her dogs, family, and friends. On the weekends you can catch her strolling farmers markets looking for fresh flowers and coffee!
