“I arrived 10 minutes early for my 1 'oclock appointment-and was not seen by the doctor until 90 some minutes later-it took an hour for them to tell me I needed x-rays.
The staff was pleasant and I have a very good relationship with the Doctor.
I was disappointed to discover that even to check whether the insurance covers orthodic replacement will take two weeks and require a separate visit.”
