Ronald Cohen, MD, is a board-certified specialist in both Family and Sports Medicine. Dr. Cohen is in the top 1% of America’s doctors when it comes to experience and training in regenerative orthopedic treatments – nonsurgical solutions to improve function and reduce pain. At Coastal Regenerative Orthopedics & Wellness Center, he is proud to use his expertise to care for patients throughout San Diego, California.

Dr. Page earned his Bachelor of Arts in Zoology from Miami University in Florida. Dr. Babaria grew up in Norwood, New Jersey, a small suburb town of Bergen County. This is where he became an Eagle Scout and was exposed to the volunteer ambulance and fire squads. He completed his undergraduate education at The Pennsylvania State University and received a degree in Psychology and minors in Neuroscience and Economics. He then pursued a two-year post-graduate studies program in Thane, India at Tattvagnan Vidhyapeeth (TVP). TVP literally translates to “study of true knowledge.” It is a school aiming to develop the most versatile future leaders of the world by promoting values-centric education. About Us

At aCELLerated Interventional Orthopedics, pain management specialist, Brian Rich, MD, provides comprehensive spine and pain management services to adults at two conveniently located offices in Decatur and Wichita Falls, TX. Dr. Rich brings more than 14 years of experience as an endurance athlete and competitive cyclist to the practice. This interest and passion carry over to his efforts in interventional pain and orthopedics.

Upon earning his medical degree, Dr. Rich completed a family practice residency with a focus on sports medicine. During his time as a resident, Dr. Rich treated various levels of athletes, including hockey players and other athletes at two Division I colleges in Louisiana.

Afterward, Dr. Rich completed a sports medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa, where he still serves as a clinical assistant instructor today.

It was during his fellowship that Dr. Rich decided to focus on interventional pain management. He uses his previous sports medicine experience to help people find relief. Jonathan H. Koenig, MD, is a Board Certified, fellowship-trained orthopaedic surgeon at Los Angeles Pediatric Orthopaedics serving the Brentwood community on the Westside of Los Angeles. Though Dr. Koenig specializes in treating children and young adults, he’s happy to help any patient who still feels young at heart. 

Growing up on Long Island in the suburbs of New York City, Dr. Koenig was a tri-sport athlete who went on to play varsity lacrosse at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut. He graduated from Yale with a degree in the history of science and medicine. He then returned to New York City to earn his medical degree at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx.  

Dr. Koenig completed a five-year orthopaedic surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan's Upper East Side — home of America’s first official sports medicine department. His training included rotations at world-leading institutions like Boston Children’s Hospital, R Adams Crowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland, and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Dr. Koenig served as chief resident during his final year and completed a traveling fellowship at The Royal Children’s Hospital in Melbourne, Australia. 

Leaving New York City for sunny Southern California, Dr. Koenig finished a one-year fellowship in pediatric orthopedics and scoliosis surgery at the world-renowned Rady Children’s Hospital-San Diego. He’s honored to bring his wealth of knowledge and extensive experience to the Westside of Los Angeles, where he resides with his wife, Dani - a native Angeleno.  They enjoy spending time with their young daughter - Harlow, newborn son - Hudson, as well as their furst born - Woody, a golden retriever.

Sheri Wirtz, PsyD, is a licensed psychologist at Riverhills Neuroscience, providing compassionate and patient-centered mental health care to people in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Dr. Wirtz went to college at the University of Cincinnati, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Then, she enrolled at Xavier University in Cincinnati and obtained her master’s degree and doctorate degree in psychology.

Her interventional spine procedures include, but are not limited to, epidural injections, medial branch blocks, facet joint and sacroiliac joint injections, and radiofrequency ablations.

Dr. Harounian is a member of several professional organizations including AAPM&R, AMSSM, and IPSIS. She held a nationally elected position as the PM&R Representative on the American Medical Society For Sports Medicine Council and has worked with athletes of various levels and backgrounds: from weekend warriors and recreational joggers to marathon runners and USA Fencing Olympians. She has served as a clinical textbook editor and authored several textbook chapters, as in Braddom’s Rehabilitation Care Handbook, A Case-Based Approach to Shoulder Pain, Essential Sports Medicine, and Telemedicine for the Musculoskeletal Exam, among others. Her clinical and research interests include regenerative medicine, sports-related injuries, innovations in interventional spine procedures, and medical coverage for large-scale sporting events
