Men's T Clinic offers multiple treatment options to serve the need of the patient based upon medical history, life stage, and more. Brian Chimenti, MD, is an experienced, board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician at The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre in The Woodlands, Texas. He holds a certification of additional qualification in sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. 

Dr. Chimenti was born in Houston, Texas. He graduated magna cum laude from Clear Lake High School in Houston and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin with high honors. Dr. Chimenti completed his Doctor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and finished his residency at the University of Colorado in Denver.

He completed orthopedic and sports medicine training with team physicians from the Denver Broncos, University of Colorado Buffaloes, and the Colorado Rockies. Dr. Chimenti has also served as the team physician at numerous high schools for almost three decades.

He has experience in all aspects of orthopedics and specializes in arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery. Dr. Chimenti has a strong interest and commitment to hip and knee joint replacements and reconstruction using cutting-edge technology.

Dr. Chimenti stays up-to-date with the latest advances in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He’s a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Texas Orthopaedic Association, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Society of Sports Medicine. 

Dr. Chimenti served multiple years as co-chair and chief of orthopedic surgery at the Joint Center for Memorial Hermann Hospital of The Woodlands. He was nominated for Physician of the Year at Memorial Herman and recognized as a Texas Super Doctor by Texas Monthly. Dr. Chimenti is the recipient of numerous Compassionate Doctor and Patients’ Choice awards.

Lemuel Figueroa, DO, CAQSM, is a board-certified family medicine and sports medicine physician at Princeton Sports and Family Medicine, P.C., in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. He specializes in the evaluation and non-operative management of musculoskeletal injuries and sports-related conditions in athletes and active individuals of all ages.

Dr. Figueroa earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Central Connecticut State University, where he developed a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and on-field care. He went on to earn his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, followed by residency training in family medicine at Rowan University SOM.

 He then completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Atlantic Health Sports Medicine in Morristown, New Jersey, during which he worked directly with the New York Jets medical staff.

Dr. Figueroa is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals of all ages, from youth and high-school athletes to weekend warriors and professionals. Drawing on his experience as both an athletic trainer and physician, his goal is to help patients recover efficiently, stay active, and continue doing what they love.

Rabah Qadir, MD, is also known as The Bone Fixer™. As a board certified, orthopedic trauma fellowship trained surgeon, Dr. Qadir specializes in managing the full spectrum of musculoskeletal injuries. From simple fractures and sports injuries to severely injured polytrauma patients, Dr. Qadir prioritizes the injured patient. He offers same day evaluation and early surgery, if indicated, to help injured patients return to their pre-injury state as soon as possible. The elective side of his practice involves arthroscopic surgery and joint replacement of all major joints, being one of the first adopters of the direct anterior hip replacement and robotic assisted knee replacement in his region. Additionally, Dr. Qadir offers limb lengthening surgery, for both traumatic leg length discrepancy as well as bilateral procedures for those patients who wish to be taller.

Dr. Qadir earned his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey. He graduated with honors while participating in varsity lacrosse and football at the Division 1 level, including an NCAA national championship lacrosse team. Dr. Qadir received his medical degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, earning numerous awards, including the E. Edward McCool Jr. Award for top surgery student, and induction into the Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Honor Society.

He continued residency training in orthopedic surgery at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, Massachusetts, and Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. There, he trained under team doctors for the New Orleans Pelicans and the New Orleans Saints.

Dr. Qadir completed an orthopedic trauma fellowship at world-renowned R. Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, Maryland, which is the only freestanding trauma hospital in the country. It houses the oldest, most distinguished fellowship of its kind.

He served as either the Vice Chief or Chief of Orthopedics at Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center from 2017 to 2024 and continues to help lead the orthopaedic trauma service. Under his leadership, Dr. Qadir helped the facility achieve and maintain the American College of Surgeons Level 2 Trauma Center designation.

Dr. Qadir also serves as director of the Outpatient Joint Replacement Program at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodlands Parkway. He’s an active member of AO Trauma, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, and the Orthopaedic Trauma Association.

Dr. Qadir maintains his advanced credentials with continuing education. He’s conducted numerous research studies as a primary investigator, earning prestigious grants from Ochsner Clinic and AO North America. He’s authored numerous peer-reviewed journal article publications and presented his work locally, nationally, and internationally while earning numerous academic awards. He continues to be involved in educating other surgeons as a visiting lecturer and as a surgeon mentor.

Kevin M. Smith, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert bringing his fellowship training experience to The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre in The Woodlands, Texas. Dr. Smith focuses on personalized patient procedures, including shoulder, hip, and knee joint replacements, sprains, and fractures. His specialty is in minimally invasive and highly effective arthroscopic joint procedures.

Dr. Smith was born and raised in Houston, Texas, where he was an all-state basketball player at Humble High School, MVP of the district, and graduated summa cum laude. He attended Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas, for his undergraduate degree, also playing basketball, and earning a perfect GPA in chemical engineering. He received academic all-conference honors for being an athlete who showcased hard work in school. 

After receiving his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Dr. Smith completed his residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in Texas Medical Center in Houston. There, he kicked off his sports medicine training while working with team physicians for the Houston Texans and Houston Astros. 

Dr. Smith also attended Rice University’s Jones School of Business in Houston, Texas, to study business principles in health care in the groundbreaking health care management program. He went on to Stanford University in Stanford, California, for its renowned sports medicine and shoulder-elbow fellowship. 

Following his time as the assistant team physician for the Stanford Cardinal football program, Dr. Smith continued to refine his skills while working with the team physicians from the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and Golden State Warriors.

Dr. Smith’s research has been presented and published numerous times, all furthering the fields of stem cell research, joint replacements, hip arthroscopic procedures, and progressive surgery.

Dr. Ronaldo Calonje is a physician working at South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care in Coral Springs, Florida. He provides a variety of services to patients at this facility, including physical exams, and sports medicine, along with diagnosis and treatment for chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol. His sports medicine practice ranges from weekend warriors to top professionals and everyone in between.

Dr. Calonje attended Miami-Dade College, where he studied psychology. After graduating from this institution with honors, he studied microbiology and immunology at the University of Miami. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Sciences. Dr. Calonje attended medical school at Autonomous School of Medical Sciences in Costa Rica. After returning to the United States, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine in Chicago, Illinois.

Since he began practicing sports medicine, Dr. Calonje has covered many events, including amateur boxing, professional boxing, WNBA basketball, mixed martial arts, the Chicago Marathon, Florida State University Athletics, special Olympics, F.I.U. Athletics, University of Miami Athletics, and more. He has served as Medical Director of South Florida Sports Medicine and Primary Care since 2011.

Dr. Calonje was born in Managua, Nicaragua. His father is a retired pediatrician who practiced for 20 years in Miami, Florida. His brother is an OB/GYN currently practicing at St. Alexius Medical Center in Illinois.

Pradeep Parihar, MD has devoted his medical career to family medicine, with a subspecialty in sports medicine, to help patients at Express Family Clinic in Allen, Texas, lead long and active lives. With a relationship-first approach, Dr. Parihar works with his patients, both young and old, to monitor their health through holistic and preventive practices that keep them functioning at their very best during every stage of life.

Dr. Parihar earned his medical and surgical degrees at Shyam Shah Medical College in India and then traveled to the United States, where he completed his residency in family practice at East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. Not stopping there, Dr. Parihar received a fellowship in primary care sports medicine from St. Vincent Medical Center in Los Angeles.

About Dr. Blanson

With over a decade of experience, Eric Blanson, DPM, is a skilled podiatrist and founder of PMC Foot and Ankle Clinic in Spring, Texas. He has special interests in pediatrics, sports medicine, aesthetic foot surgery, diabetic foot and wound care, plantar fasciitis, biomechanics, and more. 

Dr. Blanson was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He received both academic and athletic college scholarships. He attended Southern University and A&M College and Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, where he graduated with honors and earned a Bachelor of Science in biology. After graduating, Dr. Blanson completed medical school at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Independence, Ohio, graduating in the top 10% of his class with honors. Dr. Blanson then completed his residency at HCA Houston Healthcare Kingwood in Texas. During his residency, he received training in a multitude of surgical specialties and attained specialized certification in rearfoot/ankle reconstruction and trauma surgery. 

Dr. Blanson is affiliated with many hospitals and surgical centers in Houston, Spring, and Conroe, Texas. He is also a member of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, American Podiatric Medical Association, and Ohio Podiatric Medical Student Association.

In December of 2018, Dr. Blanson established PMC Foot and Ankle Clinic. The team takes a comprehensive, family-style approach to care, in which Dr. Blanson speaks directly to the patient to build a relationship and understand their background. Zachary Perlman, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine and primary care sports medicine specialist in Little Silver, New Jersey. At Kai Sports Medicine, Dr. Perlman provides care for athletes and the general population and is particularly interested in minimally invasive orthopedic procedures, including ultrasound-guided joint injections. He is fascinated with longevity medicine and sports nutrition and also plans to obtain his certification in obesity medicine.

Dr. Perlman spent his childhood in Toms River, New Jersey, near the shore. He earned his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in molecular biology and biochemistry and completed medical school in South Florida at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale. 

His residency training involved three years in internal medicine and one year in general surgery, as he was always drawn to the procedural aspects of medicine. Dr. Perlman has always been active and enjoys participating in sports himself, as he was a swimmer and a collegiate wrestler throughout his childhood and during high school. He now continues to stay active by running, snowboarding, playing golf, playing basketball, and participating in many other sports. His hobbies include yoga, meditation, and spending time with his wife and child.

Adam Redlich, MD, is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, practicing at A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. With two office locations in Robbinsville (Mercer county) and Neptune (Monmouth), New Jersey, Dr. Redlich sees patients at both offices & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field.  

Dr. Redlich's passion is to maintain the small-town, local sports doctor approach for the region, which he has been doing since 2003 - even before he opened A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. He takes great pride in serving the community and surrounding area he calls home.

Orthopaedic surgeon Douglas Fauser, MD, FAAOS, FACS, is a founding partner of Somers Orthopaedic Surgery & Sports Medicine Group. He sees patients at the practice’s locations in Carmel and Newburgh, New York, and Danbury, Connecticut.

Dr. Douglas Fauser graduated from New York University School of Medicine in 1982. Following graduation, he pursued a two-year general surgery residency at the Wilmington Medical Center in Wilmington, Delaware. Upon being accepted to the orthopaedic surgery program at the Hospital for Joint Diseases in Manhattan, he spent four years training there, finishing in June 1988. At the Hospital for Joint Diseases, Dr. Fauser met and worked with his lifelong professional partner, Joel Buchalter. Together, they formed Somers Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Group. Over 30 years later, this group has developed into being the premier orthopaedic surgical group in Northern Westchester, Putnam, and Dutchess Counties.

Dr. Fauser is a four-time diplomat of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Timothy Mazzola, MD, is triple board-certified in family medicine, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal ultrasound. He practices as a non-operative orthopedic and regenerative medicine specialist at Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics in Boulder, Colorado. His enduring professional passion is to bring restoration, healing, and hope to those looking to return to the life they love and be the people they are called to be.  

Dr. Mazzola formerly worked as a non-operative orthopedic specialist at Cornerstone Orthopedics for eight years and was a United States Air Force Academy team physician. 

Passionate about teaching, Dr. Mazzola is an assistant clinical professor at the University of Colorado in Boulder, teaching family medicine residents. He is a national expert and highly sought-after physician educator who has taught musculoskeletal and sports ultrasound for many years at the Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute and Advanced US courses at the American Medical Society of Sports Medicine National Conferences.

As a leader in the field, he recently co-authored a chapter on using ultrasound-guided techniques in regenerative medicine procedures in one of the first textbooks on regenerative orthopedics, titled "Regenerative Treatments in Sports and Orthopedic Medicine," edited by Drs. Malanga and Ibrahim. 

Apart from his passion for bringing restoration and healing to those God sends his way, he is blessed to have recently celebrated 25 years of marriage to his heroic and amazingly compassionate bride. They have been blessed with two amazing sons, each gifted with strength, kindness, brilliance, and leadership. 

In his free time, you may find Dr. Mazzola cranking his bike up a trail, flowing down a mountain through powder, or, if he's lucky, riding great waves with good friends.

He is an expert in non-surgical musculoskeletal care and bio-restorative therapies. He also specializes in minimally invasive treatments for osteoarthritis and chronic soft tissue injuries. He looks forward to providing patients with the best possible non-surgical options available to help relieve their pain and feeling like themselves again.

When asked, “What brought you to Colorado to practice regenerative orthopedics?” Dr. O’Donnell laughed and shared, “Short answer: my wife. She’s from Littleton, Colorado. I was working in an orthopedic practice, but as I got deeper into regenerative orthopedics, I discovered I wanted to focus on this area of expertise. During COVID, we reevaluated our future. My wife said, "If we're making a change, I want to move to Colorado. I had connected with Dr. Timothy Mizzola of Breakthrough Regenerative Orthopedics, and after nearly a year of discussions, my wife and I made the move. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Mizzola to establish Breakthrough’s Centennial, CO location and after a little over a year we came to the agreement for me to buy out this location of the practice and we re-opened as Revitalize in November 2024.”

Dr. O’Donnell is originally from West Chester, Pennsylvania, and completed medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) and residency at Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Dr. O’Donnell served in the United States Air Force and was named 6th Medical Group Physician of the Year. He completed a sports medicine fellowship at the University of Toledo Hospital in Ohio to further his orthopedic expertise.

Dr. O’Donnell then spent 12 years in Flagstaff, Arizona, specializing in minimally invasive and cutting-edge non-operative treatments. While in Flagstaff, he cared for national and international Olympic Athletes training at high altitudes.  Dr. O’Donnell was previously an adjunct professor at A. T. Still University in Kirksville, Missouri.

In his spare time, he enjoys reading, gardening, and traveling. Dr. Kevin O’Donnell also enjoys staying active. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys both participating in and watching a wide variety of sports. Dr. O’Donnell resides in Highlands Ranch with his wife, Meghan, and three energetic boys, Cole, Ryan, and Jack.

David Bubis, MD, CAQSM, FAAFP is a board-certified family practice and sports medicine physician at Lost Creek Medical in Denver, Colorado. He's dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered care. With extensive experience in both family medicine and sports medicine, Dr. Bubis is known for his commitment to wellness and preventive care. 

Dr. Bubis was a teacher at the University of Colorado School of Medicine in Aurora, where he worked to shape future physicians in the Department of Family Medicine. Formerly practicing at a UC Health clinic in Lone Tree, Colorado, Dr. Bubis now offers a unique direct primary care membership in Denver.
