Doctors Adam Redlich and Thompson, are BRILLIANT! They are HUMAN AND UNDERSTAND the problems and frustrations their patients go through with chronic pain. I have had knee issues for over a year now. I have visited doctors in the PShow morerinceton Orthopedic group, who breeze in and out of patient visiting rooms, demonstrating impatience when you want to ask them and get details of your condition. NOT AT A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. I have had my condition explained to me in a detailed manner and with patience and compassion. Thanks to Dr Redlich, I can understand my next steps toward alleviating my knee pain. Living in this part of New Jersey, I am lucky to have such great doctors accessible to me. Dr. Adam Redlich is a sports medicine Dr. who blends medical science with healing arts. I’ve been treated by him for five years for my knees and lower back. Lower back pain disappeared with acupuncture. Knee Treatments have incShow moreluded viscous supplementation, prolotherapy, and more recently PRP. Each treatment is thoroughly explained, and he never pressures my choice. I trust him completely as he stays very abreast with current research. The PRP on my right knee has been very effective and we are hoping it will allow me to play tennis doubles without knee pain. The staff is also very professional and caring. I am so grateful for this team’s efforts to improve the quality of my daily life.
Adam Redlich, MD, is board-certified and fellowship-trained in Sports Medicine, practicing at A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. With two office locations in Robbinsville (Mercer county) and Neptune (Monmouth), New Jersey, Dr. Redlich sees patients at both offices & brings with him over 20 years of experience in the field.
Dr. Redlich's passion is to maintain the small-town, local sports doctor approach for the region, which he has been doing since 2003 - even before he opened A+ Athlete Sports Medicine. He takes great pride in serving the community and surrounding area he calls home.
Dr. Redlich also trained under one of the non-operative sports medicine field’s founders at Rutgers/Jersey Shore University Medical Center - Sports Medicine Fellowship, Dr. Stephen Rice, in addition to leaders in the Sports Medicine & Regenerative Medicine and Musculoskeletal Ultrasound fields – Dr. Brian Shiple and Dr. Robert Monaco.
Education has always been of importance to Dr. Redlich. He trained at Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Crozer Keystone Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute. During his family medicine residency at suburban Philadelphia's Crozer Keystone Health System, he acquired tremendous experience caring for athletes from local schools, weekend warriors doing marathons and triathlons, and higher level athletes at nearby Olympic Training Sites thru Healthplex Sports Medicine Institute. Dr. Redlich remains an adjunct faculty member and volunteer clinical instructor for Rutgers - RWJ Medical School – Family Medicine, RWJBarnabas Residency – Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine, Hackensack Meridian Health – Jersey Shore University Medical Center / Ocean Medical Center – Pediatrics & Family Medicine, CentraState Medical Center – Family Medicine, Newark Beth Israel – Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine.
He also maintains medical hospital staff privileges at RWJBarnabas - Robert Wood Johnson Hamilton, Penn Health - Princeton Medical Center, and Hackensack Meridian Health - Jersey Shore University Medical Center. He serves on the Medical Advisory Panels for the joint ventures between the hospitals/fitness & wellness centers regarding programs related to health and wellness for RWJ Hamilton & Princeton Medical Center. Furthermore, he works with local Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Programs serving as a consulting physician.
Dr. Redlich lives with his family within a few minutes of his office and was born and raised in Monmouth County. Doc Redlich is the best. Straight shooter. Keeps things simple and understandable. The PRP treatment result save me form the surgery to my shoulder (and I've been down that road before. It sucks!!!!!. I am thrilled!' Staff super friendly and responsive. I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.

Dr. Adam Redlich is amazing, because he takes time with his patient's as well as educates them. I had an appointment in February in Neptune about my right arm that lost a little mobility and he was very informative. He gave me exercises to do as well as follow up appointment in Robbinsville for a ultrasound. Like I said, he takes a lot of time with the patient with mobility testing in the office to see what the issue is.
Impressed with Dr. Thompson's care, as he explained all the options - especially more natural ones that help avoid surgery.
Dr. Redlich and Dr. Thompson are incredibly knowledgeable and take their time to get to the bottom of my gymnast daughter’s injuries. They use ultrasound to diagnose in office and order other testing when necessary. My daughter has received great care from both Doctors! I highly recommend this office!

Office staff are very helpful from making the appointment to guiding the set-up patient portal. Initial doctor’s visit was welcoming and comfortable. Doctor’s exam was patient with detail, eager to help, looking for best approach for patient’s future long term health, gaining our faith for the treatments!
