Dr.Perlman team both office and medical assistants are pleasant & make you feel comfortable. A medical assistant will interview before meeting with Dr. Perlman .I had two procedures done . Dr. Showed me on a screen my fluid bShow moreuildup from the Cyst . He , drain the bakers cyst & i needed a knee steroid injection. I felt better leaving the office . The previous steroid injection last two years . Good Doctor ,Kind Place
Zachary Perlman, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine and primary care sports medicine specialist in Little Silver, New Jersey. At Kai Sports Medicine, Dr. Perlman provides care for athletes and the general population and is particularly interested in minimally invasive orthopedic procedures, including ultrasound-guided joint injections. He is fascinated with longevity medicine and sports nutrition and also plans to obtain his certification in obesity medicine.
Dr. Perlman spent his childhood in Toms River, New Jersey, near the shore. He earned his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, in molecular biology and biochemistry and completed medical school in South Florida at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale.
His residency training involved three years in internal medicine and one year in general surgery, as he was always drawn to the procedural aspects of medicine. He furthered his training with a primary care sports medicine fellowship in San Antonio, Texas, where he worked alongside the NBA San Antonio Spurs physicians.
Dr. Perlman has always been active and enjoys participating in sports himself, as he was a swimmer and a collegiate wrestler throughout his childhood and during high school. He now continues to stay active by running, snowboarding, playing golf, playing basketball, and participating in many other sports. His hobbies include yoga, meditation, and spending time with his wife and child.

Dr Perlman is knowledgeable, kind, patient, and very capable. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. I never felt rushed. I had my knees aspirated and cortisone injected. I was very nervous and he assured me the pain would be minimal. He absolutely delivered. He performed the procedure pain free. His assistant, Gaby was also wonderful, as is the front office staff. For some reason every time I go see Dr. Perman I’m in pain a day after I leave can’t believe how great I feel he is miracle man. And the staff is unbelievably professional,knowledgeable and friendly if you want to get rid of your pain I suggest visiting Dr. Pearlman

Excellent. The Office was very friendly and efficient.Dr Perlman explained everything and my shot only took a couple minutes. I would recommend.
Dr. Perlman and his staff do their best to fit you in the schedule when you are having an issue needing immediate attention (not rising to the level of needing an emergency room visit). They are compassionate and very helpful. Dr. Perlman is always prepared for my visits and will review my medical history as appropriate. I greatly appreciate having him as my doctor!
