Medical care is among the best. My experience with the Dr & his staff is 9 stars. However this is why my rating is one star, the facilities is old and antiquated. Patients were packed into the waiting areas like sardines. You Show moreliterally are stepping over people and feel as though you are walking thru a maze to check in. In today's environment with there being an uptick in the Covid Virus, need to post the "please wear masks" sign again. Also, I've only seen one elevator that goes up from the 1st floor to the 3rd and down again. It's small and I fear it may stop working at any time. It's awful.
As always the staff is very efficient and friendly. The front office staff was very friendly and kind and provided all the information that I needed to make my appointment very successful. Brian Chimenti, MD, is an experienced, board-certified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine physician at The Woodlands Sports Medicine Centre in The Woodlands, Texas. He holds a certification of additional qualification in sports medicine by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery.
Dr. Chimenti was born in Houston, Texas. He graduated magna cum laude from Clear Lake High School in Houston and received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin with high honors. Dr. Chimenti completed his Doctor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and finished his residency at the University of Colorado in Denver.
He completed orthopedic and sports medicine training with team physicians from the Denver Broncos, University of Colorado Buffaloes, and the Colorado Rockies. Dr. Chimenti has also served as the team physician at numerous high schools for almost three decades.
He has experience in all aspects of orthopedics and specializes in arthroscopic shoulder and knee surgery. Dr. Chimenti has a strong interest and commitment to hip and knee joint replacements and reconstruction using cutting-edge technology.
Dr. Chimenti stays up-to-date with the latest advances in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine. He’s a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the Texas Orthopaedic Association, American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, and the Texas Society of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Chimenti served multiple years as co-chair and chief of orthopedic surgery at the Joint Center for Memorial Hermann Hospital of The Woodlands. He was nominated for Physician of the Year at Memorial Herman and recognized as a Texas Super Doctor by Texas Monthly. Dr. Chimenti is the recipient of numerous Compassionate Doctor and Patients’ Choice awards.
He has privileges at St. Luke’s Community Medical Center of The Woodlands, Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Woodlands Parkway, Memorial Hermann Hospital of The Woodlands, and the Iron Man Institute.

I was there today for a recheck from a total knee done 10 days before . I saw dr Chimenti’s physians assistant. I got an xrays then was seen. Wait time was normal, but iffice was very crowded. There was plenty of parking but it was very crowded in the office . Since a lot if people had their crutches scooters snd walkers, passing people in the hallways was difficult This group has very popular docturs witn a large following. I think they a bigger office is needed .
Always satisfied with Dr Chimenti and his treatment. Looking forward to positive results.

Great experience from prompt check in to quick X-ray. Met with the PA initially and then Dr. They explained my issue and recommendation to repair my issue. Made me feel comfortable and informed.
Dr Sharma is caring, and attentive. He takes time to really listen to everything I say and then addresses every question and concern that I have. I went to him with terrible chronic nerve pain in my right leg, but now I’m getting around pretty much normal again. Dr Sharma is a wonderful Dr., and his staff is great as well. They handle call backs, refills etc. quickly and always with kindness.
Dr. Chimenti is the best. 17 years ago he performed an ankle surgery on me where he placed a plate and 6 pins in my ankle to mend
Dr Chimenti has ALWAYS fixed me up every time I have seen him from a shot of steroids to cure a pain in my shoulder to a trigger release on my ring finger. He is the best!

Staff quick to bring you into the exam room and minimal wait once you get there. The PA did my injection do I can’t speak on the doctor but the PA was right on the mark where my injection needed to be and my knee is so much better two days later.
I saw Dr . Chimenti for the 1st time , I really like him ,I explained my problem to him , he gave me great advice & also treated me the very same visit ! He is down to earth & easy to talk with ! Very knowledgeable , if I have anymore problems I will be back to see him ! I highly recommend him to others !

Long wait time when it came to waiting for my appointment date to see Dr. Chimenti, but worth it as he's straight to the point and gave good recommendations in terms of getting back to 100%, if i had the same injury occur again i wouldn't hesitate to set an appointment with their office.
