I went in for a procedure on my back the staff is so friendly and tells you everything that is going to happen to you they make you so comfortable and put you at ease Dr. Rich is the only Dr.I have ever been able to talk to he mShow moreakes you feel so calm as he discusses what procedures might work you can ask him anything he has never made me feel like he was in a rush and couldn't answer my questions he didn't use medical terms you couldn't understand I would recommend this Dr. to anyone that was in pain!! I personally think this Dr. Has saved my life I can walk without the severe back pain I have been living with for 4 years now its absolutely the best feeling to be able to function again Thank you Dr. Rich for treating me and getting me back to normal again also all your medical staff are outstanding!!
I have had procedures at both locations. Two Kyphoplasty in Lawton and am currently on a trial for peripheral nerve stimulation I received at Southlake. The teams at both locations are kind, patient, friendly and knowledgeable. MoShow morest are the same and travel between both offices. I enjoy the continuity that it provides. Follow up phone calls are made to make sure all is good and whether or not there are any questions I may need answered. All procedures have helped and I’m hoping to get a permanent peripheral nerve stimulator once the temp is removed in a week and I can discuss options with Dr. Rich. I highly recommend Acellerated Orthopedics.
About Us
At aCELLerated Interventional Orthopedics, pain management specialist, Brian Rich, MD, provides comprehensive spine and pain management services to adults at two conveniently located offices in Decatur, Texas, and Lawton, Oklahoma. Dr. Rich brings more than 14 years of experience as an endurance athlete and competitive cyclist to the practice. This interest and passion carry over to his efforts in interventional pain and orthopedics.
Upon earning his medical degree, Dr. Rich completed a family practice residency with a focus on sports medicine. During his time as a resident, Dr. Rich treated various levels of athletes, including hockey players and other athletes at two Division I colleges in Louisiana.
Afterward, Dr. Rich completed a sports medicine residency at the University of Oklahoma Tulsa, where he still serves as a clinical assistant instructor today.
It was during his fellowship that Dr. Rich decided to focus on interventional pain management. He uses his previous sports medicine experience to help people find relief. Dr. Rich’s primary goal is to help each individual achieve the highest level of function possible, just as he did when treating athletes.
He’s an active member of all major interventional pain societies, as well as neuromodulation societies. In addition, Dr. Rich is skilled in fluoroscopic-guided procedures and musculoskeletal ultrasound-guided procedures.
Adults can receive comprehensive care for various musculoskeletal issues, including hip pain, knee pain, back pain, neck pain, and shoulder pain. Dr. Rich also offers minimally invasive treatments, including sacroiliac joint fusion, interspinous fusion, vertebroplasty, radiofrequency ablation, and peripheral nerve stimulation.

Knee feels great. Dr Rich and his team always make you feel comfortable
Very satisfied with everything I have experienced at Dr Rich’s office. Dr. Rich & his entire staff have been very professional & at the same time, very nice & friendly. They make you feel comfortable to be there & that means so much when going through medical needs.
I have to give Dr Rich five stars. He spends ample time with you and explains clearly and in depth what your pain issues are. He understands and knows that chronic pain is real. He is truly compassionate. He is definitely a doctor one can trust. That being said I don’t know that I 100 percent agree with some of the treatment methods. Time will tell. Staff has been very accommodating and kind so far as well!

Upon my first visit with Dr Rich I was greeted with politeness and friendly check in. Dr Rich had looked at my MRI, he asked questions and gave me time to ask questions. He then went over different treatment options and explained where he recommended we start.
