Hugo V. Hart, MD, FACS, is a board-certified general surgeon with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves patients at Vascular Vein Centers, with locations in Orlando, Kissimmee, Lake Mary, The Villages, and Davenport. 

Dr. Hart earned his Bachelor of Arts from Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven and his medical degree from the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña in the Dominican Republic. He completed his general surgery residency at Bridgeport General Hospital in Connecticut.

Dr. Hart has been practicing in the Central Florida area for over 23 years and is currently on staff at Orlando Regional Medical Center and Florida Hospital.
