As an expert otolaryngologist, Dr. Richard A. Ruiz treats the full range of diseases and problems that develop in your ear, nose, and throat. Dr. Major returned to Southern California for his post-graduate training, completing a residency in General Surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, where he also completed additional fellowship training in Surgical Critical Care. He went on to complete fellowship in Vascular Surgery at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles.
