Kaitlyn Bernhard, DPM, is a foot and ankle surgeon practicing at Tussey Mountain Foot & Ankle Specialists located in State College, Pennsylvania. 

Originally from central Pennsylvania, Dr. Bernhard completed her undergraduate studies at Mercyhurst University with honors in a Bachelor of Science in biology. Following in her father’s footsteps, she received her doctorate at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Chang is a member of the American College of Surgeons, American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, and the Society of American Gastrointestinal and Endoscopic Surgeons, as well as being a board certified surgeon. She is passionate about providing an excellent patient experience and empowering patients to help them reach their goals.

She speaks English, Mandarin-Chinese, and Spanish. During her free time, Dr. Chang likes to spend time with family and friends and exercise regularly.

Victoria C. Chang, MD, is an experienced Board Certified general and bariatric surgeon at Turnquest Surgical Solutions in Houston, Texas. She is also trained in robotic surgery as well as endoscopic procedures.

Dr. Chang is a native Texan, born and raised in the Houston area. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Austin where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration while completing medical school prerequisites with university honors.

Dr. Chang went on to attend medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she quickly fell in love with the life-saving aspect of surgery and in particular, bariatric surgery. Afterward, she returned home to Houston, Texas, to complete a general surgery residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. She then accepted and completed a fellowship in minimally invasive and bariatric surgery with the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, where she trained in a variety of laparoscopic procedures to treat morbid obesity, hernias, GERD, as well as many other surgical diseases.

John T. Baber, MD, specializes in vascular and endovascular surgery at Coastal Vascular Center. Dr. Baber provides comprehensive and compassionate care to patients at the practice's locations in Oxnard, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, and Simi Valley, California.

Dr. Baber received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Neuroscience from the University of Virginia. Afterward, he moved to New Orleans, Louisiana, where he received his Doctorate of Medicine as well as a Masters of Business Administration from Tulane University. 

While at Tulane, Dr. Baber was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society in his third year of medical school (top 5% of class) and received the university-wide Tulane 34 Award at graduation. He continued his medical training at UCLA, where he completed his internship, General Surgery residency, and a two-year research fellowship focusing on the molecular mechanisms of ischemia-reperfusion injury. He subsequently trained in vascular and endovascular surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and Cornell University Medical Center in New York, New York, before returning to Southern California. 

Dr. Baber has developed a diverse skill-set, with the ability to treat complex arterial and venous pathology with cutting-edge minimally-invasive techniques or traditional open surgery. This allows him to tailor the treatment he provides to each patient's specific needs.
