Dennis Streeter, DO, FAAOS is a triple-board-certified surgeon who specializes in general surgery and anti-aging medicine. His family-oriented surgical practice in Merrillville, Indiana, has served the residents of the greater northwestern Indiana region for more than 40 years.

Dr. Ahmed Farag, M.D is a double Board Certified Vascular & Interventional Radiologist, and Diagnostic Radiologist.
