Dr. Splenser is a super efficient doctor, his staff is neat, courteous and professional. The office is clean as well as the restroom and exam rooms. I like it that his staff doesn't overbook him like other doctors we've haShow mored in the past which leaves elbow only room to a bunch of sick people coughing, sneezing, etc to expose me. He's attentive and I've been using him for many years now and highly recommend him and his office to anyone.

I've been with Dr. Splenser since he got started in Lufkin. I think it's been about 15 years give or take. I refuse to see anyone else and I don't even live in Lufkin anymore! I drive about 4 hours when I need to see him.

They are very good about getting you in to see the doctor when you call and I like that.
I had something come up on my ankle over night and walked in and ask if someone could take a look at it and I was only there a few minutes and Dr Spencer’s nurse called me back and soon after Dr Splenser came in and took care of me! Awesome service and very helpful front desk staff as well.
