Dr. Mittle began his career at Cornell University, where he studied biological sciences and graduated with distinction. He then earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx, New York.
After his schooling, Dr. Mittle did his medical residency and completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at North Shore University Hospital-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York. He is board-certified in cardiovascular disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also a fellow of the American College of Cardiology.
Dr. Mittle brings years of training and experience to his practice at Premier Cardiology Consultants and has helped countless patients with his expert diagnosis, treatments, and preventive care. Dr. Kintur Sanghvi has been intensely focused in learning, researching and teaching cardiovascular medicine since age 23. After practicing in a legendary academic teaching hospital for 11 years in New Jersey, acquiring experience of over 10,000 cardiovascular procedures, publishing multiple research articles, book chapters, and training over 100 cardiologists, he has opened NJ Heart & Vascular Care to provide what is missing: A personalized, compassionate and comprehensive care in all the areas of Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and Endovascular Medicine, including treatment for peripheral vascular disease, structural heart conditions, and venous diseases. He has been internationally acclaimed and has given talks as a guest faculty in multiple countries across 5 continents. He is one of the pioneers for the wrist artery and foot artery approach for catheterizations. With deep interest in problem solving, he has innovated and published multiple new procedures, techniques.
Bhupesh Dhama, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist practicing at Premier Cardiology Consultants, which has four locations to serve people around New York City and Nassau and Suffolk counties. The practice has locations in New Hyde Park on Long Island, Forest Hills, Rochdale, Jamaica, and Richmond Hill in Queens New York.
Dr. Dhama attended the Sophie Davis Biomedical Education program at City University of New York in New York City. After graduating, he earned his medical degree from the Renaissance School of Medicine at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. He completed his medical residency and a subsequent fellowship in cardiovascular disease at North Shore University-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York.
Dr. Dhama added another fellowship in interventional cardiology at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York, and he is board-certified in interventional cardiology from the American Board of Internal Medicine.
His extensive training in various aspects of interventional cardiology has prepared Dr. Dhama to treat a wide range of cardiovascular issues, and he is proactive about remaining on top of new developments in cardiology in the field.
Dr. Dhama specializes in cardiac and peripheral catheterization, balloon angioplasty, stent placement, and laser atherectomy, and he’s always working to advance personal knowledge and training so he can provide the most advanced treatments in his field.

After his residency, Dr. Lyandres continued his education and training with a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at North Shore University Hospital-Long Island Jewish Medical Center in Queens, New York.
Dr. Lyandres is proactive in educating his patients, and he strongly believes that well-informed patients who take part in their own health care decisions have better treatment outcomes.
