Paul earned his master's degree in Occupational Therapy at the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) in Old Westbury, New York, with a specialization in hand therapy in 2015. Since 2016, Paul Frlic has successfully co-owned precision rehab occupational, physical, and hand therapy in the Fresh Meadows, Queens. location. Paul has extensive experience treating upper extremity conditions affecting the wrist, shoulder, elbow, hand, and fingers. Alex Castano, MS, OTR/L, began his journey as an Occupational Therapist assistant in 2017 and has been practicing in the field of occupational therapy for four years. He sees patients at Precision Rehab Occupational Physical & Hand Therapy, which has offices in the Fresh Meadows area in Queens, New York City, and Little Neck, New York.

Alex began working in sub-acute rehabilitation before transitioning to hand therapy at Long Island Hand Therapy. While working as an OT assistant, Alex continued his education, obtaining a Masters of Science in occupational therapy at the New England Institute of Technology with a specialization in hand therapy in 2020. Alex continued improving his skill at Lenox Hill Hospital with rotations in the orthopedic and stroke department. In addition, Alex uses his experience as a personal trainer to maximize strength and endurance.

John DiLorenzo studied for his bachelor's degree at the Department of Occupational Therapy, York College of the City University of New York in Jamaica, New York. After graduating in 1996, he undertook his master's degree in science education specializing in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise physiology. In 2004, John DiLorenzo became a certified hand therapist (CHT).

John DiLorenzo worked as a certified personal fitness trainer, certified exercise specialist, and health fitness instructor at several distinguished local facilities and has accumulated over 20 years of experience treating the upper extremities. 

He was a director of occupational and hand therapy, which included clinical training and supervision of all physical and occupational therapists. He also developed many occupational and hand therapy clinics in the wider metropolitan area.

Dr. Kevin Pavlak is a licensed chiropractor (DC) and Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC). He received his Bachelor’s degree from Dominican College where he majored in Athletic Training. Kevin continued his education at New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic degree. His interest in sports and athletics is what drove him to pursue athletic training and chiropractic. Dr. Kevin enjoys working with athletes of all levels and helping them achieve optimal performance. Kevin utilizes a variety of techniques including diversified, instrument assisted soft tissue, and myofascial release just to name a few. Dr. McPeak is a 1988 graduate of Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, SC. He grew up in Cheltenham and after working for 3 years as an associate in Harrisburg came back home to start his own practice in the area. Dr. McPeak has over 30 years of experience treating musculoskeletal injuries pertaining to the spine, extremities, and adjacent soft tissues. Dr. Angelucci is a dedicated chiropractor from Bethlehem, PA with a strong committment to helping individuals achieve pain free, functional lifestyles. Dr. Angelucci graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida. He was drawn to the field through his own experiences as an athlete overcoming injuries. His personal journey fuels his passion for guiding others- especially active individuals- toward improved mobility, strength and longterm wellness. Currently training to become a Selective Functional Movement (SFMA) clinician, Dr. Angelucci is focused on identifying and addressing the root cause of pain, rather than just the symptoms. He blends chiropractic care with personalized rehabilitation strategies to help his patients get back to doing what they love, pain-free. In his free time, Dr. Angelucci loves cheering on Philly sports teams, enjoying music and spending time with his family and dog. 

Following his early training in Shiatsu, Ashtanga yoga, therapeutic bodywork and cranial and visceral manipulation, Dr. Hillenbrand trained and got his Doctorate at New York Chiropractic College. He focused on cultivating hands-on skills and went on to receive a master's degree in acupuncture from the Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Dr. Hillenbrand studied with world-renowned teachers, chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists and osteopaths and has received training in such modalities as manual lymphatic drainage, zero balancing and trigger neuromuscular and myofascial therapies. He is one of the few chiropractors and acupuncturists who have received both extensive manual therapy training and worked in hospital settings including Clifton Springs Hospital and the Rochester VA Medical Center. Dr. Hillenbrand also teaches part-time at the Won Institute of Graduate Studies. Moreover, he has designed course content for classes such as Yoga in a Chiropractic Setting and Advanced Myofascial Techniques for New York Chiropractic College. About Dr. Zac Dillow

Zachary Dillow, DC, provides comprehensive chiropractic care aimed at helping his patients achieve the best health possible. He takes a holistic approach to care, focused on his patients’ whole health, not just their injury or disease. 

His goal is to find the underlying cause of his patients’ pain or health concern and design a plan that uses a combination of conservative chiropractic care, alternative therapies, and lifestyle modifications that optimizes health and wellness.   

After earning his bachelor’s degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York, Dr. Dillow earned both a master’s degree in nutrition and his doctor of chiropractic at the University of Bridgeport in Bridgeport, Connecticut. 

Dedicated to his profession, Dr. Dillow is an active member of many professional organizations, including the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, the International Chiropractors Association, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, and the Chiropractic Fellowship of Pennsylvania.

To ensure his patients always get the best possible care, Dr. Dillow actively participates in educational seminars to stay up to date on the latest research and rehabilitation techniques.
