I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in North Dakota, providing therapy services at Becoming Balanced. My passion for counseling is fueled by being able to provide support for individuals in their mental health journey. My goal as a counselor is to help women identify and achieve mental wellness in their daily life whether they are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, or other mental health conditions. I typically work with strategies of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as well as utilize a Person-Centered Approach in order to meet you where you are with your mental health. My hope as a counselor is to take evidence-based approaches and tailor them, to create effective coping tools for your daily life. I have a special interest in Sports Counseling, I hope to provide a counseling space where athletes can grow in a holistic manner, focusing on mental wellbeing and psycho-emotional needs.
