A native of Louisiana, Kristen moved to Tennessee in 2012 and received a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lee University. Darragh Bugter is an LPC-MHSP and has been working with children, adolescents, and adults for over 8 years. He has earned his bachelor in psychology at Trevecca Nazarene University and his masters in Clinical Psychology at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He has experience in working with a diverse population facing a broad spectrum of clinical issues in the community and local mental health centers.
Darragh has worked as inpatient group therapist, IOP therapist, crisis counselor, and outpatient therapist. In these settings, he has primarily worked with adolescents and young adults.
Darragh has experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, depression, panic disorder, anger management, motivation, self esteem and confidence, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, and AD(H)D. He uses multiple therapeutic styles of intervention including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and solution focused therapy. Darragh is eager to help his clients utilize tools and resources from therapy.
