Born in Hawaii and raised in Vallejo, Kevin Cabugao received his BS in Genetics at the University of California at Davis and worked in biotechnology before refocusing his energies towards graduate school. While Kevin found his work in the pharmaceutical industry rewarding, he felt unsatisfied with his career and sought an education that would best complement his enthusiasm for helping others with his understanding of the sciences. With this intention, he received his MBA from California State University East Bay and DDS from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry. Currently, he is an active member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association as a member of the Board of Component Relations and has served as the former President of the Napa/Solano Dental Society.
When away from the office, Kevin enjoys listening to music, snowboarding and honing his martial arts as a 4th degree Kajukenbo black belt with over 30 years of experience! Dr. Wenli Loo is a general and cosmetic dentist in San Francisco and San Ramon, CA. Dr. Loo has been practicing dentistry for 20 years. She completed her dental education at the New York University School of Dentistry in 2002. She continued her studies by completing a residency at the Veteran’s Affairs Hospital. Dr.Loo keeps current with the latest technology and finds continuing education very important. She has taken numerous advance education courses at The Dawson Academy, The Misch Implant Institute and the American Academy of Clear Aligners.
Dr. Steve Deng is a Bay Area native, growing up in the East Bay. He completed his undergraduate studies at UCLA and his dental degree at NYU College of Dentistry. Having aligned clinical views and studies as Dr. Loo, he joined her practice as an associate in 2020.
Dr. Deng’s passion for dentistry stems back to when he was young and knew this would be his dream career. His mission is to provide comprehensive dental services to all patients in an environment that is safe, reassuringly pleasant and comfortable. Dr. Steve Deng continuously seeks out training and professional development opportunities that allow him to remain aware and knowledgeable about new dental practices and the latest technology being considered or used.
In his free time, Dr. Deng enjoys traveling, hiking around the Bay Area, eating yummy foods, snowboarding in the sierras, and being a puggle dad.
Dr. Esfandiar Abadi, graduated from Azad University School of Dentistry in Tehran with a doctor of dental surgery. Dr. Abadi passed his California Board exams in 2003 and since then is passionately practicing dentistry in Northern California.
His love for the art of dentistry makes him continue his research and study in different areas of dentistry and make him familiar with the latest state of the art technologies in dental treatments offered by accredited institutions. He is one of the most sought after dentists because of his gentle touch while providing extended procedures i.e. Oral surgery, Dental implant and Orthodontics.
Because Marzieh Oghabian, DDS, understands that dental care is intricately connected to overall health and wellness, she strives to help each and every patient in her care reach and maintain optimal dental health.
