Dr. Jerome Garden is a Board Certified cosmetic and laser dermatology specialist at Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago. Since receiving his medical degree and dermatology training at Northwestern University Medical School, he has been involved in laser and related technology therapy and research, cosmetic dermatology, and patient care. Neill T. Peters, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. Dr. Peters completed both his undergraduate and medical school training at the University of Michigan. He received the William B. Taylor Senior Medical Student Award for Excellence in Dermatology. After completing a preliminary year of training in Internal Medicine at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, he returned to the University of Michigan for his Dermatology training. Ross Pearlman

Ross Lane Pearlman, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist with dual fellowship training in cosmetic dermatology and Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgery. He provides dermatology services to residents throughout the River North neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, at Medical Dermatology Associates of Chicago.
Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Dr. Pearlman received his medical degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Heersink School of Medicine, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. He completed his medicine internship at the University of Colorado Anschutz in Denver, followed by a dermatology residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson on their Rural Dermatology Track.
While in residency, he spent three months of each year caring for patients in rural Mississippi with a focus on skin cancer. After residency, Dr. Pearlman completed a combined fellowship at Northwestern Feinberg Department of Dermatology in Chicago in cosmetic dermatology (ASDS-certified) and Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology (MDSO).
Throughout his career, Dr. Pearlman has been dedicated to the scientific advancement of dermatology, quality improvement, and innovation in the field. He is the author of more than 40 peer-reviewed journal articles and five textbook chapters with a focus on photodermatology, skin cancer, and cosmetics.
Outside of the clinic, he is dedicated to innovation and problem-solving. In 2021, Dr. Pearlman was awarded the American Dermatological Association Resident Research Award, the highest honor bestowed on housestaff by the organization, for his work integrating dermatology's clinical data registry into Epic EHR.
Dr. Pearlman was recognized by the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) with an Excellence in Patient Care Award for Quality Improvement in Spring 2022; he was named one of five national Residents of Distinction by DermMentors. Outside of dermatology, Ross enjoys all outdoor activities, especially wilderness backpacking, flyfishing, and skiing.
