Irina received her bachelor's degree in biology from Bar-Ilan University in Tel-Aviv, Israel. She graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at UMDNJ School of Health-Related Professions, one of the top programs in the country.
Prior to joining Integrated Dermatology of NJ, Irina worked in interventional cardiology catheter labs for seven years and in private practice with an endocrinologist for one year. She trained extensively in dermatology, which has been an important part of the practice since 2008.

Adam Nabatian, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is a board-certified dermatologist practicing at Integrated Dermatology of NJ, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Nabatian completed his undergraduate studies at New York University, graduating Magna cum laude with honors. He then attended UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and performed his residency in Dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He then went on to complete an additional Mohs/Procedural Dermatology Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY, where he continues to serve as a clinical Instructor. Dr. Sheena Desai is a board-certified dermatologist with expertise in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She received her medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at Northwell Health, where she served as Cosmetic Chief Resident. In addition to her MD, Dr. Desai holds an MBA from the Heller School at Brandeis University, providing her with a unique understanding of both patient care and healthcare systems.
Dr. Desai has authored numerous publications in leading dermatology journals and has presented nationally on topics including skin cancer prevention, autoimmune skin conditions, and healthcare policy. Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. After earning a bachelor of arts degree from New York University in New York City, Dr. Saitta received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. He then completed his residency at Oakwood Seaway Hospital in Trenton, Michigan, in affiliation with Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Sherry H. Hsiung, MD, is a board-certified dermatologic surgeon at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation.
She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on delivering compassionate, high quality, and patient-centered care. She has a special interest in the prevention and surgical management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic injectables, and laser treatments and resurfacing.

Dr. Sarah Yagerman is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. She practices medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in NYC and has a special interest in dermatologic oncology. A skilled, caring practitioner, she believes in an individualized and holistic approach to each patient and their skin. She enjoys all aspects of dermatology. She is skilled in the use of lasers to treat various conditions including Melasma, Photoaging, tattoos, and Rosacea. She has trained extensively with injectable fillers including Juvederm, Restylane, and Sculptra, and neuromodulators like Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport.
Dr. Yagerman is a native New Yorker; she returned home from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY to complete her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College in NYC, and she graduated with honors in service. She then completed a year of dedicated dermatologic surgery research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
After medical school, she moved downtown to complete an intensive Internal Medicine intern year at NYU Langone Health, which was followed by her 3-year dermatology residency at NYU’s prestigious Ronald O. Perelman Department of dermatology. She served as Chief resident in her final residency year and continued to develop a passion for dermatology and research. She has over 20 peer-reviewed publications in cosmetic and dermatologic surgery.
She continued her training by completing an ACGME accredited fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at Skin Laser and Surgery Specialists of NY and NJ. A lifelong learner and educator, Dr. Yagerman is proud to return to NYU to serve as Voluntary Faculty, where she volunteers weekly with residents, teaching surgical skills and overseeing the clinic.
In her free time, Dr. Yagerman loves to cook, garden, run, and spend time her family. She came to running later in life and sincerely hopes there will be public races again in the near future!
