Adam Nabatian, MD, FAAD, FACMS, is a board-certified dermatologist practicing at Integrated Dermatology of NJ, located in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Dr. Nabatian completed his undergraduate studies at New York University, graduating Magna cum laude with honors. He then attended UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and performed his residency in Dermatology at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He then went on to complete an additional Mohs/Procedural Dermatology Fellowship at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York, NY, where he continues to serve as a clinical Instructor. Lainey Ortiz, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at Integrated Dermatology of NJ, located in East Brunswick, New Jersey.
Mrs. Ortiz received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from The College of William and Mary and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from LIU in Brooklyn, New York. She is a member of The American Academy of Physician Assistants and The Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Mrs. Ortiz specializes in treating and educating patients about various skin conditions, including but not limited to acne, eczema, rosacea, fungal infections, skin cancer, and warts. Maria Joyce Rowena Bernabe, MD, is a dermatologist with Dermatology Associates of Central NJ in Old Bridge, Freehold, and Union, New Jersey.
Dr. Bernabe is licensed in family practice. She holds certification in radiation therapy of basal and squamous cell carcinoma of the skin. Dr. Bernabe is also certified in cosmetic procedures.

Michael Tassavor, MD, MS, is a board-certified dermatologist and attending physician at MDCS: Medical Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery withoffices in the Midtown East and Upper East Side neighborhoods of New York City, as well as Smithtown, Commack, Hampton Bays, and Plainview, New York, and Clifton, Marlboro, and Englewood, New Jersey.

Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation.
She is currently an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, New York State Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society for Dermatology Physician Assistants. Allison has always had a true passion for dermatology and is honored to be part of the SINY Dermatology team. Dr. Regina Zambrano DiFiore is a board-certified dermatologist at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®), where she sees patients at the Massapequa, Long Island office. Born and raised on the south shore of Long Island, Dr. Zambrano is honored to return to her community and provide expert dermatologic care to patients of all ages. Dr. Sarah Yagerman is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. She practices medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology in NYC and has a special interest in dermatologic oncology. A skilled, caring practitioner, she believes in an individualized and holistic approach to each patient and their skin. She enjoys all aspects of dermatology. Dr. Yagerman is a native New Yorker; she returned home from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY to complete her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College in NYC, and she graduated with honors in service. She then completed a year of dedicated dermatologic surgery research at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
After medical school, she moved downtown to complete an intensive Internal Medicine intern year at NYU Langone Health, which was followed by her 3-year dermatology residency at NYU’s prestigious Ronald O. Perelman Department of dermatology. She served as Chief resident in her final residency year and continued to develop a passion for dermatology and research. She has over 20 peer-reviewed publications in cosmetic and dermatologic surgery.
She continued her training by completing an ACGME accredited fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at Skin Laser and Surgery Specialists of NY and NJ. A lifelong learner and educator, Dr. Yagerman is proud to return to NYU to serve as Voluntary Faculty, where she volunteers weekly with residents, teaching surgical skills and overseeing the clinic.

Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She has a special interest in the prevention and surgical management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic injectables, and laser treatments and resurfacing.
With a strong educational background and rigorous training, Dr. Liang completed her undergraduate degrees in cell biology, genetics, and human development at the University of Maryland, earning early acceptance to the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society as a Junior and graduating with the highest honors of summa cum laude. While earning her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine in New York City, Dr. Liang was elected as a member of the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society and graduated top of her medical school class. She then completed her residency in dermatology at the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University Langone Health. Ronald R. Brancaccio, MD, founded the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®) in 1979. He diagnoses and treats a wide variety of skin conditions at SINY’s® three offices in the West Village of New York City and the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
After earning his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Brancaccio completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Brancaccio is board-certified in dermatology, and he is a clinical professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. When he’s not tending to patients at SINY® or teaching future dermatologists, he lectures on dermatology-related topics and has authored more than 40 scholarly publications, primarily on the subject of skin allergies.
Currently serving on the board of directors of the American Contact Dermatitis Society and the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Brancaccio has also served as president of the New York Dermatologic Society, the Bay Ridge Medical Society, and the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, He maintains active memberships in those professional organizations as well as the American Academy of Dermatology and the Annenberg Circle Committee for the Dermatology Foundation, which supports vital dermatology research. In addition, he is an honorary member of the Brazilian Society of Dermatology and the Canadian Dermatology Association.

Vignesh Ramachandran, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology who treats adults and children in full-spectrum general, medical, and cosmetic dermatology conditions affecting the skin, hair and nails. When he was a child, he and his family immigrated to a small town of 16,000 in Ontario, Canada before his educational journey brought him to the United States. Dr. Ramachandran still maintains those small town values, merging relentless hard work with compassion, honesty and humility to care for his patients and community.
Dr. Ramachandran graduated as a Presidential Scholar from the Dean’s Scholars Honors Program at the University of Texas at Austin. He then graduated #1 in his medical school class at the top-ranked Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he was inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism and Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Societies. He went on to complete his internship in Internal Medicine at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, where he was awarded Outstanding Intern of the Year. Dr. Ramachandran then completed his dermatology residency at the world-renowned Ronald O. Perelman Department of Dermatology at New York University. By the end of his three years of residency, he was nationally recognized as a 3-time 'Rising Derm Star’, was an investigator in several clinical trials, published 100 peer-reviewed research papers, and served on national dermatology committees. He culminated his residency training with the Irwin M. Freedberg, M.D. Award for the resident who has done the most to advance Dermatology in the ‘House of Medicine’.
