Yesterday was my first time to Dr. Kurzman. While the wait was considerably long, I can't say that hasn't been my experience with every dermatologist I've ever been to. The waiting room was packed, but all of Dr. Kurzman's staff wShow moreere very friendly and helpful! Even on my calls to the office prior to my visit I was constantly pleased by the patience and warmth of the staff there. Dr. Kurzman, himself, was also very warm and listened to the entirety of my complaint (acne). It's early going yet, but so far I am happy with the experience :) Thank you!
This was my third or fourth time going to Dr. Kurzman. Although my wait was a little long my experience was very pleasant. The girls in the office are very nice and Dr. Kurzman was very nice and professional. Once I went to thShow moree back room he came right in. He asked me my concerns did what he needed to do and I was out of there. I moved to NJ but will continue to use him. When you find someone you like you stick with them no matter the distance.
Dr. Michael Kurzman is a respected, board-certified dermatologist practicing in Staten Island, New York; near Rossville and Pleasant Plains. From his offices, he specializes in the treatment of skin conditions including acne, psoriasis, mole removal, hyperhidrosis and offers anti-aging treatments involving Botox and fillers.
Dr. Kurzman earned his medical degree from New York Medical College in 1980 after completing his undergraduate education at Yeshiva University. His post-graduate training included an internal medicine internship and residency at Maimonides Medical Center and a dermatology residency at New York Medical College.
A diplomate of the National Board of Medical Examiners, Dr. Kurzman is board-certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Dermatology. In addition, he is also a fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology. Dr. Kurzman was a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Dermatology at New York Medical College and is the Co-Director of the Division of Dermatology at Staten Island University Hospital.
