As a Certified Physician Assistant and advocate for health and well-being, I provide a caring and non-judgmental approach. I have been practicing dermatology since 2011, and prior to that worked as a social worker. I try my best to provide top notch care, treating the whole person, from the young to the elderly. I have practiced in the Magic Valley from 2011-2020, and in Salt Lake City until moving back to Twin Falls August of 2022. I have had the privilege to have trained and worked with amazing dermatologists over the years, which has lead me to opening Twin Falls Dermatology & Aesthetics. Colby Bingham, MD, is the medical director at Idaho Skin Institute, with locations in Burley and Rexburg, Idaho. Dr. Bingham enjoys all aspects of dermatology, including the cosmetic, surgical, and medical applications.
Dr. Bingham is a native of eastern Idaho, growing up in Blackfoot. After serving a mission for his church, he attended and graduated from Utah State University in Logan with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry. Following his undergraduate studies, Dr. Bingham attended the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, where he earned his medical degree.
Following medical school, he completed a combined internal Med/General surgery internship at Intermountain Medical Center, in Utah, and a 3-year Dermatology Residency at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Dr. Bingham is affiliated with Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center in Idaho Falls.
When Dr. Bingham isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his three children. They enjoy running and skiing.
Trevor Batty, DO, is a general dermatologist at Idaho Skin Institute in Chubbuck, Idaho.
Dr. Batty grew up in Vernal, Utah, and while attending Uintah High School, he simultaneously earned an Associate’s Degree from Utah State University. Following high school, he served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Curitiba, Brazil. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University, he graduated medical school from Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Arizona at the top of his class as a member of Sigma Sigma Phi.
Dr. Batty completed his dermatology residency in South Florida at Broward Health Medical Center, where he diagnosed and treated a wide variety of patients, providing him ample exposure to diverse pathology in various clinical settings. Treating inflammatory skin conditions as well as studying early detection and management of skin cancer methods are some of his interests.
He believes in treating patients like family and providing education in order to empower patients to achieve optimal outcomes. He is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. He also speaks Portuguese and Spanish.
When he is not at work, you can find Dr. Batty playing basketball, watching BYU athletics or the Utah Jazz, grilling or cooking in the kitchen, and spending time with his wife Whitney and their three daughters.
