Dr. Saitta is an active member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and also serves as a national committee member for the dermatology resident in-service examination. After earning his medical degree from George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., Dr. Brancaccio completed an internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He then completed his residency in dermatology at the University of Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon.
Dr. Brancaccio is board-certified in dermatology, and he is a clinical professor at New York University School of Medicine in New York City. When he’s not tending to patients at SINY® or teaching future dermatologists, he lectures on dermatology-related topics and has authored more than 40 scholarly publications, primarily on the subject of skin allergies.
Currently serving on the board of directors of the American Contact Dermatitis Society and the New York State Society of Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Brancaccio has also served as president of the New York Dermatologic Society, the Bay Ridge Medical Society, and the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, He maintains active memberships in those professional organizations as well as the American Academy of Dermatology and the Annenberg Circle Committee for the Dermatology Foundation, which supports vital dermatology research. Dr. Brancaccio has received numerous professional honors throughout his long and distinguished career. Besides multiple inclusions on the prestigious list of New York Magazine’s Best Doctors, the nonprofit Dermatology Foundation named him the 2014 Practitioner of the Year.
Dr. Rallis obtained her Bachelor of Science degree with honors, followed by her medical degree with honors from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. During medical school, she was elected to the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha society. She then completed her internal medicine residency at the University of Utah and became board certified in Medicine. However, dermatology was her calling, leading her to pursue a Dermatology residency at the University of Utah Health Sciences Center, where she served as Chief Resident during her final year. She remained on staff for seven years, becoming an Assistant Professor. Following a family decision to move to Greece, she became the Director of Dermatology at the Interbalkan European Medical Center in Northern Greece. She returned to the US in 2016, working as a dermatologist at Harvard Vanguard in Massachusetts before coming to NYC.
Dr. Rallis maintains active membership in the American Academy of Dermatology, The European Academy of Dermatology, and the American Contact Dermatitis Society. Her areas of interest include general medical dermatology in patients of all ages, with a focus on contact dermatitis, rashes, and comprehensive skin checks in our fight to prevent skin cancer.
Allison Jaekle is a Board Certified Physician Assistant specializing in medical and cosmetic dermatology. Allison was born and raised locally on Long Island. She attended Binghamton University for her undergraduate degree in History with a concentration in Public Health. She then attended Touro College for a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master in Physician Assistant Studies, where she received the Leadership, Academic, and Clinical Achievement awards upon graduation. Sydney Liang, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She specializes in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology with an emphasis on delivering compassionate, high quality, and patient-centered care. She has a special interest in the prevention and surgical management of skin cancers, the treatment of acne and acne scarring, rosacea, psoriasis, cosmetic injectables, and laser treatments and resurfacing.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. For the past 15 years, Dr. Schadlow has worked in private practice dermatology. She sees patients full-time at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery.
In addition to treating patients, Dr. Schadlow is a contributor to online and print journals. Dr. Schadlow is an officer of the Dermatologic Society of Greater New York, a member of the American Dermatology Board, and is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and family.

Jason Wilder, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist. At Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut, he provides patients with compassionate and effective care.
Dr. Wilder graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in biology. He trained at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his internship at Suncoast Hospital. Dr. Wilder completed his residency in dermatology at St. Barnabas Hospital.
He has written several articles and has been a guest lecturer for the past 10 years. Dr. Wilder is on-staff at Bridgeport Hospital and the clinical instructor of dermatology at Yale University.
Dr. Wilder is the father of two boys and enjoys working with children and adults. He truly enjoys working with the adolescent population and has one of the largest acne practices in Connecticut.
Dr. Wilder is also one of the leading cosmetic dermatologists in Fairfield County. He specializes in cosmetic dermatology and is an expert in Botox®, Juvéderm®, laser treatment of blood vessels, and hair removal.
He has guided patients for years on the newest and best cosmetic products to prevent aging and skin cancer. Dr. Wilder also performs skin cancer screenings and treats various skin conditions, including eczema, psoriasis, and warts.
Alexander Fogel, MD, is a highly-skilled dermatologist serving patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Fogel is double board certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (a.k.a. Mohs). He heads our surgical and reconstructive dermatology practice, which encompasses Mohs surgery, as well surgery for melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and benign lesions, such as lipomas and cysts.
Dr. Fogel was educated and trained at Caltech, Stanford, and Yale. He remains a clinical faculty member at the Yale University Department of Dermatology, and is responsible for educating dermatologists in training. He is also an accomplished researcher, with more than 50 published articles, chapters, and presentations at venues that include the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Journal of the American Medical Association, the New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst, the Harvard Business Review, and the Wall Street Journal. He has also served as an investigator for multiple clinical trials, ranging from pharmaceutical to basic science research.
Dr. Fogel has received numerous national and local honors and awards, including the President's Volunteer Service Award, the Gold Humanism in Medicine Honor Society Award, the Yale Hospital All for One Award, and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery Scholarship. He has received grants from the American Skin Association and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and he is an active member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society for Mohs Surgery, the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the Royal Society of Medicine, and the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh.
Clinically, Dr. Fogel's interests are broad and include medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. During medical school at Stanford, he founded a free clinic for patients without health insurance and maintained a longitudinal pediatric dermatology clinic. During residency at Yale, Dr. Fogel was the resident lead for surgical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology, managing resident education in these areas.
Outside of work, Dr. Fogel is happily married and has three children. He loves exploring New England, partaking in the culture of our nearby cities, and working on his small farm.
Mark Oestreicher, MD, is board-certified in dermatology and internal medicine. He treats patients at Adult & Pediatric Dermatology Specialists in Trumbull and Westport, Connecticut.
Dr. Oestreicher graduated from the Bronx High School of Science and Stony Brook University with a Bachelor of Science in biology. He earned his medical degree from Albany Medical College and interned at Albany Medical Center Hospital.
Dr. Oestreicher completed his residency in dermatology at UCLA Health Sciences Center, where he was among the first to use fillers, such as Juvéderm®.
Dr. Oestreicher wrote several articles and co-authored two books on skin care clues to internal illnesses. He often appears on cable TV and talk radio to discuss health and skin care issues.
Dr. Oestreicher performs laser treatment of brown spots and red spots. He also treats patients suffering from hair loss, skin cancer, and other skin disorders.
Dr. Oestreicher is on-staff at Bridgeport Hospital and a clinical dermatology instructor at Yale School of Medicine.
