Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. She completed her intern year at NYU Winthrop Hospital and went on to complete her dermatology residency training at the renowned Johns Hopkins Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Penzi also spent a year at Harvard Dermatology for a hair loss fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. Throughout her training, Dr. Penzi has made many notable research contributions, and has been published in some of the top dermatology journals including JAMA Dermatology, as well as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology. She continues to stay at the forefront of dermatologic education and research in order to provide the best care to her patients.
Dr. Penzi is dedicated to the health and beauty of her patients’ skin. She prioritizes preventative measures to combat both skin cancer and aging. Dr. Penzi treats patients of all ages and has a special interest in acne, rosacea, skin cancer, eczema, psoriasis, and hair loss. She believes in a personalized, comprehensive, and natural approach to cosmetic dermatology. She enjoys performing a wide range of cosmetic procedures including neurotoxins, fillers, platelet rich plasma injections, and cutting-edge laser treatments.
Dr. Penzi was born and raised on Long Island, NY, where she now resides with her husband and son. She is thrilled to be able to practice dermatology in her hometown. Dr. Penzi welcomes patients at the Plainview, Commack, and Hampton Bays locations.

Noah Gratch, MD, FAAD, a board-certified dermatologist, serves patients from throughout Manhattan, Commack and Plainview, NY at MDCS Dermatology: Medical Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery. He provides a wide variety of treatments for acne, eczema, hyperhidrosis, rosacea, psoriasis, and skin cancer as well as procedures including advanced skin cancer treatment such as Mohs Surgery, sclerotherapy, mole removal and cosmetic dermatology services such as Botox®, fillers, and laser treatments.
Dr. Gratch is a graduate of University of California Los Angeles, University of Southern California and Cornell. Following residency, Dr. Gratch became a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University in New York City. Dr. Gratch is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.

Dr. Gratch has previously served as a Clinical Instructor of Dermatology at the Weill Medical College of Cornell University. He is also an active contributor in the academic world of dermatology, having overseen numerous research projects in cutaneous diseases with published papers and articles in several scientific journals and books.

Dr. Eckman established his private practice in 2001 and opened the Towson Dermatology & Cosmetic Center in 2006 to provide innovative and comprehensive dermatologic and skin care to his patients. Dr. Eckman's expertise includes the detection and management of skin cancer and the treatment of skin disorders in both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Eckman has participated in skin cancer screenings for the Baltimore Orioles in combination with the American Academy of Dermatology Play it Safe in the Sun program and has been a sought after speaker on the topic of skin cancer detection and prevention. Dr. Eckman has recently relocated to Long Island and has established his new practice in Rockville Centre, NY. He looks forward to providing the same level of care and expertise to his patients in his new practice as he provided during his tenure serving as an Assistant Professor of Dermatology at Johns Hopkins Hospital for nearly twenty years.
