Dr. Fogel is double board certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery (a.k.a. Mohs). He heads our surgical and reconstructive dermatology practice, which encompasses Mohs surgery, as well surgery for melanoma, squamous cell carcinoma, basal cell carcinoma, and benign lesions, such as lipomas and cysts.
Dr. Fogel was educated and trained at Caltech, Stanford, and Yale. Clinically, Dr. Fogel's interests are broad and include medical, surgical, pediatric, and cosmetic dermatology. During medical school at Stanford, he founded a free clinic for patients without health insurance and maintained a longitudinal pediatric dermatology clinic. During residency at Yale, Dr. Fogel was the resident lead for surgical, procedural, and cosmetic dermatology, managing resident education in these areas.
Outside of work, Dr. Fogel is happily married and has three children. He loves exploring New England, partaking in the culture of our nearby cities, and working on his small farm.

Dr. Wilder graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in biology. He trained at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and did his internship at Suncoast Hospital. Dr. Wilder completed his residency in dermatology at St. Barnabas Hospital.

Christos Dimitris Zouzias, MD, MBA, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs Micrographic Surgeon at MDCS Dermatology. Dr. Zouzias specializes in procedural dermatology, skin cancer management, and Mohs micrographic surgery, offering personalized and patient-centered care to ensure the best outcomes for his patients. Dr. Zouzias earned both his Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Medicine degrees at New York University (NYU) in New York City. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from NYU’s Stern School of Business. Prior to medical school, he completed a student research fellowship in supportive oncodermatology, studying the dermatologic side effects of chemotherapy and radiation therapy under the mentorship of Dr. Beth McLellan, the current chief of dermatology at Montefiore Medical Center.
Following his medical degree, Dr. Zouzias completed his internship in internal medicine at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center and his dermatology residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center, where he was recognized as the Outstanding House Officer for his compassion, clinical excellence, and professional rapport. Dr. Penzi completed her bachelor’s degree in biology and mathematical sciences at Loyola University Maryland, where she graduated summa cum laude. She went on to finish her medical degree at New York Medical College in Valhalla, where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honors society. After graduating, Dr. Penzi completed an internal medicine preliminary internship at NYU Winthrop Hospital in Mineola, New York, before pursuing an alopecia clinical and research fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. She then furthered her training with a dermatology residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.

Carolyn Stull, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained dermatologic surgeon. She treats the full spectrum of dermatologic conditions and specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery, surgical reconstruction following skin cancer removal, and facial aesthetics.
Dr. Stull is originally from Philadelphia and served as an Instructor of Dermatology at the University of Pennsylvania prior to joining MDCS. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and her medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. Dr. Stull completed dermatology residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago where she served as chief resident. She subsequently completed a fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. During fellowship she trained with experts in the management of rare and advanced skin cancers, complex surgical reconstruction and laser procedures. She also served as a sub-investigator for several clinical trials testing oncolytic viruses and immunotherapies for skin cancer treatment.
Dr. Stull has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. She has been an invited speaker at regional and national meetings, and has been awarded grant funding from the University of Pennsylvania Center for Human Appearance and the Pennsylvania Medical Society for medical device innovation. Peter Saitta, DO, is a board-certified dermatologist at the Skin Institute of New York (SINY®). Dr. Saitta treats adult and pediatric patients at SINY’s® three offices, in New York City’s West Village and the Bay Ridge and Park Slope areas of Brooklyn, New York.
After earning a bachelor of arts degree from New York University in New York City, Dr. Saitta received his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey. He then completed his residency at Oakwood Seaway Hospital in Trenton, Michigan, in affiliation with Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. While in residency, Dr. Saitta served as chief resident and earned numerous national awards for academic excellence and leadership.
Dr. Saitta is an internationally recognized lecturer and published author on dermatology topics such as hair loss, acne, and the psychological effects of skin diseases. He trained with one of the most highly regarded acne experts in the world and also served as clinical research director on crucial studies related to acne, which led to the development of cutting-edge acne-treatment technologies that are now available to SINY® patients.
Dr. Saitta is an active member of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology and also serves as a national committee member for the dermatology resident in-service examination. Although he provides comprehensive dermatology treatment for all of his adult and pediatric patients, his special areas of expertise include skin cancer screening and treatment, hair loss, acne, and rashes of the hand, face, and scalp.
