I was referred here by my health care provider for an ultrasound of my leg/calf. While the outside of the building is bland, the inside is clean and inviting. The front end staff was friendly. The nurse who performed the ultrasShow moreound was professional and engaging. I was given the results of the procedure and my provider was called immediately to convey the same. Checkout was seamless with documentation filed to insurance and copies furnished to me as well. Thank you.
Alaska Family Sonograms has a calm office setting with compassionate, highly skilled medical staff. I was nervous about my appointment- a fine needle aspiration biopsy of thyroid nodules- but from the moment Sonographer Gary walkShow moreed into the waiting room and called my name, I started to relax. He and my endocrinologist have partnered on this procedure over many years, which settled me. They worked efficiently, keeping me apprised of each step. AFS met my concerns with respect and care.

My doctor sent the referral and I was able to get an appt the same day. All staff were professional and the US Tech did a very thorough exam. I requested a hard copy of my US after the radiologist does his interpretation and they said they would mail me my results. Amazing care.
