Erica was amazing. She was very attentive, knew her products and made valuable recommendations. My biggest challenge was the length of time that it took to finally conclude my order. After having started with one company that went out of business, I was referred to AT LAST. I was 13 months post surgery by the time all of my garments were delivered.
Took some doing but got it done
Once I finally got in for an appointment (after 3 calls) all went well, and I was fitted and given expert advice on different types of bras and prosthesis. My only drawback is their difficulty in communication. They had to order bras for me and after 3 weeks I wasn't notified they had arrived. Again I had to call them and leave a message, call a 2nd time the next day for an answer that still was vague. On the 3rd day I did receive a callback and made an appointment to pick up.
