Dr. Harvey was a dream come true! This will be my second endometriosis surgery and I’ve probably seen 10 or more different doctors about endometriosis and he made me feel so comfortable and most importantly safe like he was listenShow moreing and still giving me more options because he knows what he’s talking about. Like, woh I’m finally going to be taken care of! He really cares. He wasn’t in a rush even though I missed my appointment driving from Bozeman, and he still squeezed me in. He took the time to listen to me to give me options. Wow, how one visit can change everything! Thank Dr Harvey! After all the years of gaslighting it’s almost weird to has such an amazing appointment. Thank you!!!

Gary Harvey, MD, is a certified robotic surgeon who has been practicing obstetrics and gynecology in Missoula, Montana, since 1993. As a compassionate physician who genuinely enjoys his specialty, Dr. Harvey is committed to providing women with excellent care.
Dr. Harvey’s reputation as a skilled urogynecologist and pelvic reconstructive surgeon attracts patients from distant locations. He has extensive experience with the da Vinci® Surgical System, having successfully performed more than 1,000 robotic surgery procedures.
Though Dr. Harvey may be best known for his abilities in treating urogynecological issues such as incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, he remains devoted to offering full service Obstetrics care, preventive women’s health services, such as Pap tests and well-woman exams.
Born and raised in Illinois, Dr. Harvey completed his education through medical school in his home state. He graduated from Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois, before earning his medical degree at the Chicago Medical School, now called the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He went on to complete his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, Wisconsin.
Dr. Harvey is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Married with six children, Dr. Harvey enjoys hunting and outdoor activities with his family.

I went to see Dr. Harvey about a possible cervix prolapse after he helped my mother with her bladder and uterine prolapse issues. My mother is healed up and doing extremely well after her surgeries. I’ve no prolapse issues at this time. Dr. Harvey and all his staff are caring and supportive with each individual they treat. Extremely grateful to each one.
