The kinda lady at front was very nice and prompt.
I always have anxiety when it comes to any health type of appointment, but there was a calmness the second I stepped into healing hands and then after meeting with Ms. Slack I was completely at ease. Everything went smooth, she explained everything well before and after the exam. Thank you for the positive experience !!!
very professional
I was looking for an ULTALAB location for some blood work. I went to one that was closed and HEALING HANDS was the next one that was closest to me. The place is beautiful great ambiance. Staci the owner was more than accommodating and Yessica the phlebotomist was awesome! I would definitely recommend going to Staci Slack and healing hands!

I've visited Healing Hands Lab twice, the second visit arranged by Staci Slack (and labs drawn expertly both times by Karla). I'm happy to pay a little bit more for the drawing fee for the ease of working with this lab! As a business person might say, there is a significant "Value Add" here. Staci responds to messages promptly, is friendly, and makes it very easy to arrange a visit. She was also flexible when I was unable to upload orders. In addition, my visit was efficient and quick.
