Arianna is great; excellent service and bedside manners. I really appreciate her. I do have to mention that the office/admin side of the practice needs improvement. They don’t pick up or return calls in a timely manner. RequShow moreests are set aside for an extended period of time. For example it took four months for them to send me a doctor’s note for my Flexible Spending Account reimbursement. They are very sweet and fast at saying “yes they will” but don’t follow through. Yesterday, I had requested that they email the receipt for my payment; it’s been over 24 hours and I still haven’t gotten it. It takes several iterations before they actually deliver. I overheard a couple of patients complaining to them about the same thing.
I had a really wonderful experience yesterday with Arianna. She was very cordial, explained everything before she proceeded and was always asking if I was okay. I was given the aftercare instructions and felt very confident I was Show morein good hands!!!

Dr Baron and Ariana are great! Ariana is very gentle when giving shots and Dr Baron is good at providing options.
