Dr. Khalil was very knowledgeable and personable. He walked me through the process of laser treatment and the cost without being pushy or making you commit to services. He frequently checked in with me to make sure I didn't have aShow moreny questions and answered every question I had in a way that was easy to understand. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with scheduling/rescheduling appointments. Going into the office, I was nervous. Especially inquiring about something I am self conscious about and feeling exposed without makeup, but everyone made me feel seen and comfortable. Before starting my treatment, Dr. Khalil went over the pricing and I was pleasantly surprised how fair and afforable his services were for my case. He also offered a discount as a first time patient. During treatment he stopped to see how I was feeling and make sure that I was comfortable. My laser treatment was on my face requiring my eyes to be covered at one point. During this time, Dr. Khalil told me when he was starting and where he was moving to so I knew and was not scared or surprised which I appreciated. I truly feel that this office cares for their patients and wants to help change lives. I will absolutely be returning. If you are considering any kind of laser therapy, I 100% recommend seeing Dr. Khalil.

Great experience. Dr. Khalil and his staff were very professional. I live in the city of Pittsburgh but I drove 40 minutes to their office for their services. I called around to many places in the region and Dr. Khalil's office seemed like the best fit - they had the laser that I wanted and they were most helpful in answering my questions when I called to inquire. On the day of my appointment, Dr. Khalil gave me some patient education before beginning and took his time making sure everything went smoothly. He was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. I had great results. I will be back to their office again.
