Today was my second visit and I feel great. Dr Jack had mentioned how I should strengthen my core so I'm going to check out the Pilates place that is right next door to his place. Very excited!

Good adjustment. Then Dr. Masche gave helpful things I can do on my own.
I had multiple pain issues resulting from knee replacement surgery, rotator cuff surgery and chronic lower back pain. Dr. Jack and his team have addressed all of them and made my life much easier. I feel years younger than my age of 70.
He gave me a good adjustment. Then told me some things I can do to help myself.
