Five Stars to the P.A.'s that were amazing! One star for the front desk staff, due to atrocious attitudes and ignorance. I made an online appointment the Front desk woman with the red hair gave me a hard time since she had to go Show moreinto a "different program" to see my appointment. I was early for a 9:30a.m. appointment and was skipped by five patient's then given an attitude when I approachedthe front desk with my appointment confirmation texts and emails. I asked for a manager and was refused stating she is busy meanwhile they never contacted her as I was standing at the desk. Then I was told she's downstairs and someone will get her after I asked another staff member for help. Finally someone got up and went to get her. The P.A.'s were professional and had great bedside manner. I feel bad they don't have more supportive and well mannered staff to work with.
The assistant I saw was great, however, the supporting staff( reception) are really slow. It takes forever for them to take information from the patients, they are slow, and unwilling to answer simple questions. I had an appointmeShow morent at 9:00 , arrived at 8:45 and the waiting area was full of people. On my question “ how many people makes appointments for 9:00 am , the answer was “ we see people as they come”. So, what is the purpose of making an appointment when we end up waiting for an hour or more. The old Russian speaking receptionist took more than 30 minutes to put my information into the system. Again, the assistant was very helpful and delivered satisfactory performance.

I have been from one doctor to other I have been even hospitalized for over 45 days due the skin problem in my feet it’s been 9 years finally my mom advised me to use her dr which is dr Richard berry i m surprised and extremely happy that he after examining my feet and condition proscribed a cream and said that I have shoes allaergy and thank god for now I m fine and doing much better thank I so much DR god bless u and ur team

Dr. Berry is an amazing doctor. He actually listens to our concerns and always has a solution. Also, his staff is amazing and always friendly and helpful.

Saw only the PA, no sign of Dr. Maybe they should start listed the PAs so that we choose who to see. The PA was otherwise pleasant and competent. The reception staff like to trash talk patients who just left laud enough for waiting patients to hear. Even if the patient discussed did something deserving, they should still do so without the other patients.
