Catherine Roca, LMHC, is a licensed mental health counselor and the founder of Roca Mental Health Counseling, PLLC. She brings compassion, expertise, and a client-centered approach to her work at our multidisciplinary chiropractic practice in Prince’s Bay, Staten Island. With a strong commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment, Catherine helps clients navigate challenges, discover resilience, and take meaningful steps toward lasting change.

Throughout her career, Catherine has gained extensive experience working with individuals facing a variety of mental health concerns, including insomnia, trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). She also specializes in supporting clients living with anxiety and depression, offering evidence-based strategies that promote healing, growth, and empowerment.

Her counseling philosophy centers on meeting each client where they are, while helping them build on their strengths and develop effective tools to improve their mental health and overall well-being. By providing a compassionate and nonjudgmental space, Catherine empowers her clients to overcome obstacles and create healthier, more fulfilling lives.

At our Staten Island practice, Catherine collaborates closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care that addresses both mental and physical health, giving clients the support they need to thrive.
