I have 25+ years of experience as a volunteer, therapist, life coach, and advocate, working with individuals impacted by trauma. I am trained & certified in EMDR, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, Parts Work (IFS), Intergenerational Trauma, Archetypal Psychology, Sand Tray, & Dream Analysis. I work from a depth-oriented approach, addressing trauma from every possible vantage point, since trauma is stored in the body, thoughts/beliefs, emotions, nervous system, & soul.
