For over 25 years, I've specialized in helping people heal from trauma. I hold a doctorate in psychology, am an EMDRIA-Certified EMDR Therapist, and have trained extensively in Parts Work, Sandtray, DreamTending, and Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. My work is grounded in Jungian depth psychology: the belief that healing involves not only relieving symptoms but becoming more fully and consciously yourself.
