I was very pleased and happy about my recent experience with Dr. Dang and his super-capable, friendly, supportive and attentive team members -- Dianne (Dental Hygienist), Nettie (Dental Assistant/Scheduler/Receptionist, and JackieShow more (Scheduler/Receptionist). This is my first visit to Dr. Dang's new office in Spanaway, and I appreciated meeting Jackie and Dianne for the first time -- the already-great team I knew from the Lakewood clinic is now further enhanced by their warm presence and admirable skills! Thanks to Dianne for a very pleasant and thorough cleaning experience, including nice music and relaxing nitrous oxide -- excellent job! Thanks to Nettie for her sincerely warm "welcome back" greeting and hug, and for caring to ask about the health and well-being of my husband who had been very ill for almost a year. Thanks to Jackie for making me feel welcome and at-home in the new office. And, last but not least, thanks to Dr. Dang for his friendly and interesting conversation (and his concern about my husband's wellness), his comprehensive exam, and his friendly reminder and teaching about easy ways to avoid further tooth damage/enamel erosion.

Every other dentist I went to never explained anything they jShow moreust told me I needed them removed eventually. Smile forever got me in right away and made the process of getting my wisdom teeth removed to easy. Everyone was kind and the space is comfortable. Definitely recommend anyone with any dental needs to come here!

Dr. Dang moved to the state of Washington from Vietnam when he was just four years old. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Washington, where he earned both his Bachelor of Science degree and Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Because of his strong passion for helping people, Dr. Dang decided to open his own practice, Smile Forever Dental, in the Puget Sound area of Tacoma, Washington.
Dr. Dang believes that good oral health and prevention of common dental problems is key. His approach to dentistry is conservative, and he provides his patients with gentle and comprehensive oral care.
In addition to his caring approach to preventive dentistry, Dr. Dang also provides free dental days for veterans in need of dental treatment. He offers his experienced services free of charge for veterans without dental insurance. Dr. Dang also volunteers at Vietnam Health Clinic in an effort to give back to the country he called home.
With a goal of increasing the longevity of patient’s teeth and overall health, Dr. Dang is proud to serve the Tacoma community.

If you are looking for a dentist, this is the place to go. Dr. Dang and his staff are great!! They are professional and so friendly!! I like the options that are offered to you, regarding the different, latest dental procedures. Everything is explained upfront and every step of the way. If you need to find a dentist, this is the place to go! Very comfortable atmosphere. My experiences have been nothing but great here. I highly recommend Dr. Dang and his staff!

This was my first visit with Dr. Dang and I am impressed with the professionalism and yet friendliness of the entire team! Dr. Dang was able to go over everything with me and his explanations did not make me feel “talked down to” but were quite informative and helped me to understand what was going on with my teeth. The dentist was the least of my favourite places. Smile Forever changed that for me forever. I always have a good time when it's my 6 month check up. Dr Dang and aaand the staff are so awesome! I actually look forward to my next appointment.
