Dr. Hawkins was born just outside of Chicago in Evergreen Park. He earned his undergraduate degree from Benedictine College, located in Lisle, Illinois, followed by his medical degree from the Midwestern University Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine in Downers Grove, Illinois. Dr. Hawkins then completed his subsequent residency at the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital of Cook County, located in Chicago.
Today, Dr. Hawkins is a registered vascular technologist and a registered physician in vascular interpretation. At Fox Valley Vein Centers, he offers effective solutions for several common vascular conditions, including spider veins and varicose veins. Dr. Hawkins routinely performs vein treatments, including sclerotherapy, ambulatory phlebectomy, and endovenous ablation using the VenaCure EVLT® system.
Dr. Hawkins has been practicing in Sandwich, Plainfield, and Yorkville for over 20 years, and he is proud to serve his local community. He currently resides in Yorkville with his wife and seven children.

She completed her residency at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, where she was Chief Resident. Dr. Rogers is a board-certified family physician with over 20 years experience in Family Medicine and Anti-Aging Holistic Medicine. She is an expert in weight loss and medical spa treatments.
