She is a reputed alumna of Michigan State University, where she received her medical training and her bachelor’s degree. Jocelin Gamez, PA-C, is a certified physician assistant at Michigan Avenue Primary Care, a multispecialty practice located in The Loop of downtown Chicago, Illinois.

Jocelin earned her Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in psychology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. During her undergraduate years, she simultaneously worked as a certified pharmacy technician and certified emergency medical technician. She then earned her Master of Science in physician assistant studies at the University of Iowa (Go Hawkeyes!). Her interests include women’s health, providing healthcare to Spanish-speaking populations, and preventative medicine.

Dr. Bastani is a Licensed Family Medicine specialist in the state of Illinois. He graduated from Rush Medical School and received his residency training at the Northwestern University-St. Joseph Hospital Family Medicine Program where he also served as chief resident. In addition, he completed an externship in Family Therapy at the Family Institute of Chicago, a Northwestern University affiliate.
