Dr. Teresa Cvengros, MD

Doctor Cvengros is a Family Medicine physician with a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Sports Medicine. She has special interest in a healthy diet, exercise, and lifestyle to improve and enhance health. She has attended many nutritional conferences focusing on health and nutrition including the Physicians Committee For Responsible Medicine (PCRM) and the Plantrician Project. She shares a private practice with Doctor Gilberto Munoz at Chicago Med Group/ Munoz MD & Cvengros MD, SC. She also precepts the Family Medicine residents at the Access Community Health Network outpatient clinic at Mount Sinai Hospital. Her interests include Wellness, Preventive Medicine, Nutrition, Sports Medicine, Exercise, Dance, Whole Food Plant-Based Diet.
