Barbara Garcia, MD, is a primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Glendale, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Garcia attended medical school at The University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated in 1996. She then moved to Phoenix, Arizona, to start a residency at St. Joseph's Hospital, where she completed two years of OB/GYN training. She then transferred to the Department of Family Medicine, graduating in 2000. 

Dr. Garcia was in private practice in the Maryvale community of Phoenix from 2000-2016, then joined Abrazo Medical Group from 2016-2022. Nicholas Werth, PA-C, is a physician assistant. He serves patients in Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona, at the HealthyU Clinics Phoenix – 31st Ave. clinic and the Glendale – West Olive Ave. clinic.

Nicholas was born and raised in Minnesota. He attended the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis as an undergraduate, receiving his bachelor’s degree in physiology in 2015. He then completed his physician assistant training at Touro University Nevada in Henderson in 2021. After graduating, Nicholas moved to Phoenix and joined HealthyU Clinics in early 2022. 

Nicholas enjoys taking the time to provide education to his patients. He believes in employing shared decision-making with patients to ensure compliance with the treatment plan and to maintain patient autonomy. He is also passionate about mental health and enjoys working closely with the behavioral health management staff to help meet the needs of his patients. 

When he’s not seeing patients, Nicholas can find him spending time with his girlfriend and their dog, playing golf, watching sports, working on his car, cooking, or trying new restaurants.

Seokhan Kyle Song D.O. is a board-certified family medicine physician who believes great care starts with listening. With years of experience providing full-spectrum care—from everyday checkups to managing chronic conditions and performing in-office procedures—he offers evidence-based care tailored to each person’s needs. He has a special interest in preventative health, wellness, and making sure his patients leave the clinic feeling informed and confident about their care.

Dr. Song served for 12 years in the Virginia Army National Guard as a combat medic and field surgeon, caring for hundreds of soldiers in multiple deployments overseas. That experience taught him the importance of staying calm, focused, and compassionate—skills he brings to every visit today.

He was born and raised in New York. He earned his medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and also holds a Master’s in Physiology from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is fluent in English and Korean and loves working with individuals and families from all backgrounds.

When he’s not in the clinic, Dr. Song enjoys life at home with his wife, three kids, and two cats. His hobbies include golfing, hiking, building reef aquariums, assembling Lego sets (sometimes with his kids, sometimes not), playing board games, and watching movies.

Umesh Narayanan, M.D. is a native of Tampa, Florida. He completed his undergraduate studies earning a Bachelor of Sciences at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida (Go Gators!). He completed his medical school at Saba University School of Medicine in the Dutch Caribbean. He completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the University of North Dakota in Minot, North Dakota. He then went on and completed a Geriatrics Fellowship at the University of Arizona Geriatrics program here in Sun City, Arizona. He loved the area so much and has found permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona. He is Board Certified in Family Medicine through the American Board of Family Medicine and is Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also an academic preceptor for the geriatric fellowship program through University of Arizona/Banner Health. He has fellows and residents rotate with him once a week.
He is married. His wife is a Physician Assistant in Dermatology in the area. In his spare time, he is an avid sports fan and enjoys watching and playing football, basketball, and baseball. He also enjoys hiking. Traveling the world and trying various cuisines is his passion.

Michael J Willcox, MD, was born in Oregon and was raised nearby in Glendale, Arizona. He graduated from Arizona State University with a BS in Kinesiology before completing his doctorate at Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed a Transitional Year Internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, Hawaii and Family Medicine Residency at Martin Army Community Hospital on Fort Benning, Georgia. He is Board Certified with the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He has been a practicing physician since 2018.

He served as an Army flight surgeon with the 1st Combat Aviation Brigade and deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve. He has extensive experience caring for service members, veterans, and their families in the field, outpatient clinics, ERs, hospital wards, and ICUs.

Dr. Willcox focused his medical practice on geriatrics because he enjoys patients' desire to develop a trusting relationship and greater continuity of care compared to other age groups. Seth Goodman, DO is a double board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon specializing in comprehensive skin care for patients of all ages at Goodman Dermatology and Mohs Surgery in Sun City, Arizona.    He is passionate about skin cancer prevention, early detection, and advanced treatment through Mohs surgery, as well as other modern and cutting edge modalities. Karie Pietrykowski is a Family Nurse Practitioner currently practicing at Oasis Ear, Nose and Throat in Surprise, AZ.

Karie was born and raised in Montana where she studied dance and theater. She discovered her passion for serving others when she saw the amazing care provided to her mother during her battle with breast cancer. She worked as a nurse prior to graduating with her Masters in Science from The University of Cincinnati and has worked in healthcare for over a decade. She previously worked as a primary care provider and continues to be dedicated to complete patient-centered care.

She moved to Arizona with her two black labs to enjoy the sunshine. She continues to participate in dance and theater. She spends her free time taking dance classes, teaching yoga and watching Cubs baseball.

Dr. Roehrs received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1971 and completed a pulmonary fellowship at the University of Texas San Antonio in 1978. Dr. Roehrs brings over 50 years of patient experience to Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Roehrs provides pulmonary and sleep medicine specialty care in a virtual outpatient clinical setting to patients of Arizona Chest and Sleep Medicine. Lauren Havard, MD, is a family medicine and primary care physician. She serves patients at HealthyU Clinics at our Phoenix, Arizona, clinic. 

Dr. Havard joined HealthyU Clinics in 2021. She previously worked as an outpatient family physician at two Banner Medical Group clinics in Phoenix, Arizona. She also worked at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, mid-pandemic, as a hospitalist. 

Dr. Havard completed her residency at Abrazo Central Family Medicine Residency Clinic in Phoenix, Arizona. She attended medical school at the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in St. Marteen. 

During medical school, she spent her third year in Chichester, England (where she met her husband), and her fourth year in the United States.  

Dr. Havard and her husband love spending time with their dog Lily, playing co-ed soccer, hiking, working out, listening to music, watching binge-worthy shows, and most importantly spending time with friends and family.
