“Our appointment was for 11:00am, the office was very busy, and appointments were running late. It would have been nice to have been told that. Once in the exam room, everything was great! The Doctor was very friendly and encouraging. He had a lot of patience, he listened to us, and then took care of business. He explained why he wanted additional tests, and then got them ordered. ”
